The requirement is that you have a job contract. But unlike others, the company does not sponsor the visa. They give you the job and you sponsor yourself to the country.

Hello Sir, please read the letter sent to you by DBEI, you should have details of the duration of your contract, work permit terms, stamp duration and what is binding therein.
Nurses trained outside of Ireland can work in Ireland after credentials evaluation is carried out and the standard of training meets the same for Irish educational system. You do not need to be trained in Ireland to work in Ireland as a nurse. However, there will still a form of assessment both OSCE and CBT involved or an adaption program for 6 weeks in an accredited hospital in Ireland. (You have the list sent to you when you get your decision letter). On the other hand candidates who trained in the UK can do an automatic registration depending on your years of experience at least 2 years of practising in an English speaking country. Contact NMBI for more guidance on registration.
