As a previous generation of the hands-on tech and then going through some of the recent tech support training, I can tell you they are very different. Today the training teaches people to search for keywords from the customers technical problem. Then provide articles listed from them that the company wants read to the customer, so many non-technical thinkers do not need to understand how the actual technologies work. That model wipes out everything that I learned, however I know how it all works under the hood so I can evaluate what the right questions should be to the customer.

FYI, Certified Coding Specialist is not the same as Medical Billing Specialist. To become a Medical Coder, most employers expect you to have 2-5 years of experience, which can be difficult to get your foot in the door. You also need an associate’s degree in health information technology. I know because I’ve studied it before. Do your research on each certification mentioned in the video.
And the Certification for the CCS is only through AHIMA(American Health Information Management Association). CCS certification is the Gold Standard in Coding, and there are different areas - Profee Coder, HCC, Inpatient, Outpatient, Surgical, Intervention Radiology, just to name a few. It's not a job for stay at home Moms, (patients medical records comes with Confidentiality),it's a difficult career where you have to have prerequisites in Patophysiology of Diseases, Pharmacology, Anatomy & Physiology, as well as Medical Terminology. You have to pass a test before you get hired and audits are done quarterly, with a score of 96% accuracy or better. CEU(Continuing Education units) are also required for Recertifications. This career is a perfect option for nurses or International MD's.
As someone who spent 25+ years in HR at the VP level, with a MS in HR and SPHR certification, I can tell you that the certification mentioned is useless. First, it's hard to get into HR without experience. Mid-senior level HR positions are strategic; not tactical and applicants have master's degrees and plenty of experience. People who have never worked in HR think it's easy - it's not. You must have a good knowledge of labor and employee relations laws and compliance. You were required to learn history. You had to write papers where you had to lookup good sources of information, organize your thoughts and write correctly right? While getting a cert in management analyst will be useful, I think you need an MBA to do that as an occupation.. there is no way you are getting hired with just a cert...they want more. I have yet to see a position open for a 'management analyst' that does not ask for an BS + experience or an MBA.

Nice research but I don't know where in USA you can survive with 40K even when working from home and secondly the HR with the most attractive pay from your list , they will never consider to hire an HR just based on certificate , bachelor or postgraduate is needed for this role even in entry level, or I should say specially at entry level when you can't show any previous experience in that role.

Im going to see if my husband will get one of these. Great video and thanks for looking out, but a Certificate and a Certification are two different things. A certificate is what a person receives for completing a program of study, while certification is a credential that a person earns by taking an exam that certifies skills and knowledge in a particular field or area of study. Certifications are often issued by national organizations, while certificates are not. Certifications encompass an entire body of knowledge for a role or profession, while a certificate course is focused on a specific, smaller “chunk” of knowledge and skills. Both certifications and certificates require students to take a course of study and pass an exam or series of exams to show their mastery of a topic.

For reference, 42k/yr ~ 20/hr.
Walmart and Amazon are at this point for midnights. Just some perspective for everyone.
More perspective, average rent for two bedrooms in my area is $900 which means a single person living frugally can manage on $40k ~ $20/hr. However, this will not support anyone in large cities where the cost of living is out of control.
I agree. Some of these certifications just aren’t worth it for a single person unless you’re a student or stay home mom.
Thanks for the feedback! If this is not suitable for people in the city, check out other opportunities available in my other uploads.
Can’t forget about our students or stay at home parents!
It's really not worth living it cities which have an outrageous cost of living.

While getting a cert in management analyst will be useful, I think you need an MBA to do that as an occupation.. there is no way you are getting hired with just a cert...they want more. I have yet to see a position open for a 'management analyst' that does not ask for an BS + experience or an MBA.

False hope
None of these certifications are free. Outright lies
Thank you very much! This was very informative and insightful. Can you perhaps make a video in the near future about preparing a resume upon completing these certs to obtain and land that first job.
That’s a great idea! Definitely
Thanks for sharing

This sounds promising. Thank you for the info. I went to two vocational schools, finished with certification in Clerical (In 1985) and Medical Assistant (2002). Never got a job after two years of looking both times. Too much competition out there.

Hey! 1 week free trial yes
Thank you so much. This was so life changing.

The certifications are not all free. You can access content and learn for free but you have to pay for the certificate.
Thanks for sharing.
True @konikadas3602 but you can use the knowledge you learned in your resume anyway. You can expand on that knowledge where maybe an employer would appreciate your enthusiasm with learning because all industries are evolving due to how much information is so freely available more and more to everyone.
@@skytechbits I agree
@@skytechbitswell then we can just boast about UA-cam learning videos too then?? No , you want a certificate
which of the courses dont offer free certificate?it would be helpful if u would put it here so we can save time, instead of going thru courses and finding out it isnt free at the end.

Unfortunately, Alison course certicates are not free. You must pay to get a certificate! You learn all the modules 'free' but when it gets to the most important part which is certificate, you will be asked to pay!
Thankyou for the video though!

However at least you don't have to pay for the course....and the certificate is very cheap

Im going to see if my husband will get one of these. He’s looking for either part time or work from home since we had our first kid a few months ago and his weekend job laid off hundreds of workers, including him. I’ve got a full time, Monday through Friday job so he’s gotta work around that. We don’t want to do daycare and my parents are in their 70s so can’t watch our son full time. Im hoping these will help him find something!
I hope these help!
Great video. Is a Certified Management Analyst similar to a Data Analyst or Business Analyst? I have been in Store Management, Account management, and Retail Management and looking to expand my skill set.

Thanks so much for your feedback 👍 stay tuned for our future weekly uploads 😊

Not in the high paying jobs that you think. You’ll need to accept the significantly lower paying entry level jobs first, work for 2-5 years, then you’ll have the experience for the higher paying jobs.

I'm surprised you can't find a SAP position. Maybe research their job descriptions and then mention some of those keywords in your education section of your resume as to how you understand those skills based on what you learned. Also create a blog about SAP and how it could be, or is, useful in x or y industry out there.
Kindly let me know from which website we can learn quick book and get the certificate
