- Today we are at United Family Homes looking at the Pinehurst 2506 that features a tag. That tag gives this home an extra large covered deck/porch. Along with adding a ton of square footage the overall size of the home. This home as 4 bedrooms, all of which are large. You get a huge living room and a large family room to go with it. This home will leave you not wanting for anything more. The main portion of this home measures 30' x 73' for 2600 sq ft. plus the tag adds another 400 sq ft. That is a total of 3000 sq ft of living space.
Don't forget to stop by United Family Homes and tell them Nate sent you, and get $500 of the purchase price of your home when you buy your house.

Really nice home. I agree with you on the shower.
That pantry is great that could hold on an entire shopping trip to Costco!! Thank you again for the great tour I'm loving seeing homes where I hope to be moving someday!
Nate most people keep their kitchen appliances, stick pots, roasters and root vegetable bins in their smugglers pantries...also pet feed bins but another thing is some are large enough to house either a standard chest freezer or an upright freezer.
That's what I'm talking about! Perfect layout and flow. I live the porch and to see tile in the bathroom almost to the ceiling is great. You could take some of the shelves out of the pantryand add an outlet for a freezer..
Thanks for sharing! I like smugglers pantry, nice size laundry room, really good size guest bathroom, great master bath-although I agree with you about water control location.
This was a great home! Loved the porch , entertainment room and the pass through between kitchen and entertainment room. Just a great throughout!
Great floor plan! Love that pantry. You don’t have to use it only for food. You can store extra appliances in there, all your canning jars, lots of things.
One thing I always need and rarely have, is storage space! Some of these places don’t take into consideration that people need places to put things- like vacuums, holiday decorations, etc…
You only need 1 vacuum and decorations go in the attic
@@miea04 I’m not able to go into an attic. I have to have Everything on one level. You still need storage for vacuums, mops, brooms etc.
I mostly use my pantry to store paper goods all of my bulk toilet paper, paper towels, all of my out door bbq paper plates, cups, utensils, aluminum foil, dish detergent, laundry detergent. Stuff like that is what I used mine for & a few of my real big kitchen appliances like that big Ninja Foodi indoor grill & the Ninja Foodi air fryer....
I really like this home. And I like the way you show the homes. You give the room sizes when your showing the rooms. I have watched a lot of presentations and I like you best of all.❤ and I love the Pantry in the kitchen it rocks.
Beautiful Home. Love it. Pantry is a dream lots of room for every thing
The Master Bed room so nice. Wrap around Love it to. You can set out side on cool nights with ice tea and soak up the rest of the day. Just Beautiful.
This home gave me a lot of great ideas! Thank you!
I agree. You really get an idea of how a tag can add a more creative layout depending on your lot size as well as how much space you need for those living in the home.
That is just right for me. My dogs would love it. My books would love it.
Everything is just gorgeous in this one. Wish I could move to the northwest. 💖
Great we love watching your videos
Hi Nate...I agree with you..An L shaped couch would work well in the front room you entered...Den, Family Room, kid's hang out area....This is a very roomy house.Actually very nice.. Great floor plan and Layout... Great Tour As Usual....Be Safe, Happy and Healthy...I hope you,and your wife and Son are well..😄🌞🌻☀️🌼😊
Besides food in the pantry also good to store large appliances and seldom used serving pieces etc..
Love this home. It would be nice on a corner lot.
Love the Chalet Windows!
Very nice guest bath
Great house. I like the way the front entrance is to the side and separate from the main living room and kitchen.
SO HAPPY FOR TILE TO ALMOST TO THE CEILING SO NICE!!😂
This big shower has a seat built in too and like the water control WHERE it is and no don't want to keep turning the temp up just learn quickly where your preferred temp is on the control set it and done.
Love this home, wish it was located on the Eastern shore.
Wow, I'm in love 💕
Really liked this home but want only a 3 bedroom. Love the pantry. It's pantry dance worthy. That deck is great, as I spend most of my days out on the deck I now have in Washington state. We are looking for land in Idaho to put a home on.
A tub is always needed in the master. But this is a nice home 🎉
I could get all my soda's in that smuggler's pantry. lol
Nice house.
I love the pantry I can fill it up
I'd like to see 2 master bedroom with own bath
A BIGGER CLOSET IN MASTER!❤❤❤❤❤😂
Lovely
THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT THAT MASTERBATH IS🎉🎉😂😂🎉!
Beautiful home 🌸
Question 4 bedrooms only 2 bathrooms
I prefer 3 bathrooms
Nate when are you going to show us the pine hurst 2512 ????
I was supposed to have been able to film it this last summer, but it never got finished. I haven't had time to got back to that dealer after summer ened and Raiden went back to school.
Pantry could also be used to store seasonal decor.
Great home, it needs a fireplace and a tub in the master bath. Other than that, Great
Anyone know if having such large windows for homes in colder climates like Idaho/Montana/Wyoming might create challenges with heating in the winter?
I love the house just wish it had a fireplace
Wish you had given a price. Love the house.
The price is listed in the last 20 seconds of the video.
I don’t really care for double wides. Only because I’m in tornado alley. However, this triple wide is amazing and would look great overlooking the lake.
I would use that for my dogs food.
In the master bath I would rather have temperature control by the shower head as well. And put a dunk tube in that extra space in the shower area.
Actually, it would take at least 3 of those for all of my canning plus dry goods etc. 💖
I was thinking the same thing plus all the appliances, Insta pot, blender, roaster, and on and on.
Did you and Chance head out here together. I live in Middleton and the wife and I went there last week.
Chance was there a week before me.
nice except no fireplace and no tub in master bath.
It's actually much better to have the shower head away from the handle to turn it on. There is nothing worse that having no where to go with your body than to stand directly in "the stream of things." LOL You can actually stand between the water and the knob, and with one hand reaching into the water and set the temp. One thing I would add though, would be a handle and a hose. You definately need a removeable shower handle in order to clean and rinse the shower.
Love pantry
What state is this home located?
What is the name of this one, and who is the manufacturer
Beautiful home, though for me the master baths in these are really over the top for what they are actually used for.
BTW the link provided leads to a 404 error.
Try it now. Sorry somehow I messed up the link. I should work now. Thanks for info.
@@NatesHomeTours Awesome, that was more for others that might wish to follow it. I just removed the model numbers and went to the home page. Worked like a charm.
Thank you for doing the tours.
What is all the noise?? Is that the furnace?? Its that area
That would be the central air.
I'm with you dislike white cabinets
You didn't give price or I missed it needs an electric fireplace in family room
❤❤
Do not like the sink in the "Take Out" window.
You didn't 360 the shower(more camera, less about where they put the handle as I would have liked to see the whole shower) or the kitchen island. The master was kind of disappointing, considering the rest.
I have four large dogs be and I would put dog food and extra toilet paper in it
man ur such a grump. much different then what u normally show. hope things get better for ya. man that little boy is a doll i tell ya!!!!
Yep I suck at filming myself when it's selfie style.
Hate how the living room is open to the kitchen. If company comes over unexpectedly, your kitchen better be spotless or you will be embarrassed.
Just hide it in pantry!
Nice home yet cupboards are way too dark for my liking.
kitchens open to living areas is not preferred by me. Where is the traditional kitchens ?
I didnt like how the kitchen split the 2 livin rooms it kinda waisted those big beautiful windows .. With that much room a biger kitchen and maybe an office space would have made better use of that layout . the things i did like was the smugglers pantry .. The finished restroom was a big plus .. Dont like cheep inserts . the big porches a good plus .. Nice house
Nice home shame no tub in master bathroom so no sale
No fire place
Not a fan of barn wood type shutters, walls, flooring
Overall plenty of space but wasted space in pantry and master shower, otherwise it could make someone with a big family a good home. ( Likeable).
My gosh! Is all that noise coming from the air unit? You'd go deaf living there.
Have to compared to the other one. It's kinda a disappointment. Just not a fan of carpet anywhere and the setup is just wrong. Maybe the next one
Really liked this one, until I saw the bedrooms, small not well thought out, master bedroom configuration was all wrong, closet to small and no tub in bathroom.
TV nooks suck. They shouldn't be telling me the size of TV I'm allowed to have that's crap
Not happy with the entrance. I don’t want people to see a tv room! Never in my living room.
Don't care how you would arrange furniture.
This Country / barn style look in all these homes lacks elegance and style to me
BORING!!!
