We bought a Deer Valley in 2018. I could see some of the features in our home on this video. Ours is much larger 32x90’. The one main recommendation is do not get the faux wood peel and stick flooring. After 3 years of kitchen/bar stool chairs moving back and forth there are white scuff marks on the floor. They left us a box to replace squares when needed but they are harder to get up than you think. I never understood the cheap wire shelving in the closet and the pantry. Our pantry shelves were the first thing we replaced. Glad we bought when we did. Ours only cost $175k, 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2 living rooms both with fireplaces and an office that could be a small 5th bedroom.

It's a beautiful home. However, I am a little disappointed in the Master Bath and Closet. I think that the Master Bath also needs a bath tub. And the closet needs to be larger. For all of the detail spent in the rest of the home, I think that the closets (especially the master closet) should not have had wire racks especially at the price. You guys did a great job viewing this home for us. Thanx

Just ripped my tub out of my master bath on a major redo. Since the house was new I don't ever think we used it. A shower stall is the only way to go.

We have this exact house and absolutely love it. I wish I could post a photo. We had ours skirted with antique brick from an old warehouse in Chicago. We chose the 4 bedroom option.
$250,000…😂 I wouldn’t pay that if it sat on a beautiful 5 acre lot, installed and hooked up.

I couldnt agree more. you would never recoup your money based on the fact that it is still a trailer. If im going to buy a trailer, im going to pay trailer price. I could build this way cheaper. Heck, you could have someone else build it for way cheaper
I thought the exact same thing! We built our house during Covid 2500sqft 4 bed 2.5 bath on 6 acres for $299k. $250k for a 1900sqft mobile home is crazy!

People would LOVE a floor plan included. That would really help understand if the flow is right for your life style.
We do our best to include them when they are available. This model was different from the floor plans we could find online.
First time here, you guys did pretty good considering you had to use a phone to video.
This looks more like a small house than a trailer, which is the #1 thing I like about it. Love the full-length windows, too! Front and back porches, very nice!
That being said, I feel more homes should be designed by women(most men don't have a clue)!
No entry closet for outerwear. No window in 1st bathroom. Bedrooms, too small. Definitely, not enough closet space__but wasted space with that master shower. I will never understand the reasoning behind a clothes closet in the bathroom. Wire shelving sucks(even in fridges)! No dedicated pantry__if no closet, there should be a floor to ceiling cabinet. No 'broom closet'. I would never, EVER, have raw-sawn wood edges anywhere as they are impossible to clean/dust, are dust and pet hair collectors and destroy any fabric(or skin)that may come in contact with said edges. 'Popcorn-type' ceilings are another difficult surface to clean.
With all the lovely real wood features, why install vinyl flooring, and carpeting? Wood floors with radiant heat, now that's the way to go! 😛 💖🙌😺
Then it would be 300k! 😮 so sad how expensive things are now. We built a 1628 retirement home with a large garage 5 years ago for close to half of what they are asking for this modular! You were spot on with all the suggestions though.😊
And at this price point, in a regular home, all of your suggestions would be already be thought about and added!! 💜
Women should definitely design homes. I think they do the vinyl floors for the weight, to make transport easier. This is pretty high priced, for a house that might not hold its value. I love the back patio and the front porch, but I'd actually make this a two BR, and make the rooms larger. I'd also want cupboards all the way to the ceiling--maybe lighted on top, with glass fronts. I too would want real wood floors, and then I'd get an area rug for warmth.

Homes went crazy during Covid and never came back down. Actually, many things went crazy during Covid.
One bathtub is a must have for most !
Things i would change: Microwave over stove, stove, counter tops, kitchen sink, tile not to ceiling in master shower and fiberglass bench, wire rack shelves, and carpet. It is a beautiful home, but all of these things make it look like a trailer. It would be worth the extra money to have this style home with upgrades i listed.

I don't like the open floor plans because it's not as sound as a house that's well built. I live in a hurricane prone area and it makes a difference between prefab and a brick house. They honestly charge way too much for cosmetics. It's appealing to the eye for about a year or so.
The kitchen cabinets look like regular cabinets, that you keep in your living room and so the kitchen really looks like part of the living room. That alone is a brilliant aspect of this home.
It's very lovely ❤😊 but to many bedrooms 3 bedrooms is great 👍🏼 for me . Claim it 🙌

I love love the house!! Beautiful. One thing I recommend when filming, have the camera zoom out more so we can see the space better, that way we can see the space in a more dined way.
your channel showed up and so I thought i'd check it out love the video I think if you guys could say or let people know how big the bedrooms are when you show them you talked about the king size bed fitting on the other walls but did not show the whole room. you two are really down to earth and nice to watch

You gentlemen did a great job of recording this video on this DV HOME...I noticed not many pan up to show us the ceilings, so thank you for that ...this was a beauty...maybe give us the size of the bedrooms...yes the CENTER master bathroom counter is called the VANITY area. The home needs a water closet with a fart fan 😂 and a big bathtub...plus a walk-in pantry...so it is missing a few requirements...but thank you ...

It’s definitely a top tier home!
The front door not being centered would bother me every time I walked up the stairs. I know it’s two trailers and that’s the seem, but the elevation is not designed for an offset door. After a second look, the front windows are also not centered, the outside windows are right behind the pillars. Maybe move the pillars outward or the windows. To me, looking out these windows is like watching a game at the old Tiger Stadium…if you know, you know. Other than that, nice looking home.

unfortunately our usual camera was not working and we had to film with a phone that was fixed zoom.
Beautiful home. One thing I do not like is the sink on the island. In everyday life it will have the dish rack on the counter and not lood attractive. People don't wash, dry and put dishes away right away. Then there are the accessories for washing. Clutters it up
I really like the house and the ROOF line is great .i lived in a mobile home roof line was standard it leaked in a couple of years . Didn't have enough of a pitch in the roof
Hey folks! Appreciate the tour, however, your camera is a little too zoomed in, we need wider shots please. Zooming in on features you're pointing out is great, but the entire video was a very tight shot, which actually made it more difficult to get a good view of the spaces, rooms, layout. You get a really good idea of what I'm referring to around the 11:05 to 11:18 mark - y'all are talking about door frames and height and we can't see anything you're referring to 😊

Just a suggestion, since you asked for them. If y’all would stand at the entrance of the bedroom and span out so I can see the size of the bedroom, or maybe give the size of each bedroom. Y’all do great showing the kitchen and bathrooms.

The GOOD QUALITY of the Deer Valley Home's, Does "Stand-Out" from the Rest. Despise the Wire-Shelving as well as a Regular Stove and Oven ! ! First time here also. You guys made a great video, it was very pleasant to watch to the end. I loved this home except....the bedrooms were too small! I have to have a bathtub in my master bath but to each his own. I was also not real impressed with the closet for him and her and bath room. Loved the kitchen, floors, lighting, front and back porch. The deep windows were amazing. The price was shocking to me because no matter what at the end of the day, it's a trailer. Or modular home. I don't mean that disrespectful. Thanks guys!

Very nice for a modular home, but why would they use 1960's crow's foot texture on the ceilings ? I couldn't tell if the walls were a slick finish or a light orange peel texture. Thanks
Love the home just way out of my budget! Im looking for at least 5 to 10acres+ in WV and when i find it i wanted to put two 3bed mobile homes or modulars on it. To rent one out while living in the other. I have a very modest budget and only have a bit leass then 1/2 the cost of the house here LOL . I have about 110k to 120k to play with. I have found a few parcels i plan to ride out to WV to look at. But since i live a few states away in New Jersey it has to be a planned trip to see as many properties as i can in a weekend? lol In any case I hope ot make my plans come true if i can find the land ot start with ,cheap enough? I hope any land i find has some timber value to help with costs but thats not a 100% thing as most have been clear cut or select cut quite recently. So I hope to find the land for 25k to 35k and then buy two ,bascally trailers to put on the property. Even if i have ot go with a brand new one and a used to get it done? I do have a line on some nice used ones, with appliances. I think this house is a very nice home and since im a builder and do this kind of work in top neighborhoods in my area, i know. Id love ot have this very home one day but as im close to retiring and worked for a living all my life i dont think ill ever achieve this? But dreams are fun! lol

Where I live prepping the land and building a decent home around 2000 sq feet will start at 400k+. These manufactured homes and modular homes are very expensive where I live too. There are really no options for inexpensive homes in southwest Florida. I guess you can buy one of these condos on sale that likely will have a hidden special assessment.

I don’t understand why the top drawers are so shallow. They need to be at least 4.5” deep. Replacing the lower cabinets with drawers gives twice as much storage.

The first manufactured home I've seen that my 7'2 s9n would be able to move around freely without hitting his head
It would be nice if you guys panned out a little bit when you are going through rooms etc.. You get very focused on the doorknob, shelf, host in front of the camera and it's hard to get a full view idea of the floor plan. Respectfully and thank you.

Wow! this is a beautiful Mobile Home. I am retired, and I was looking for a Vacation Home in either Palm Springs, Ca, Las Vegas, Nevada or Las Cruces, New Mexico. The prices are going up
in CA. and NV. but Las Cruces has beautiful Mountain Views for the price. The Organ Mountains are beautiful in N.M.
This is a great house. Change the windows in the dining room and you could add storage under both sets of windows. In the bedroom, why have such long windows? I hate putting a storage unit or desk that blocks the windows.
Also I prefer no carpet is that an option?
