What a stately looking home. I like that hardiboard siding. It's Huge! Gorgeous floors. Not a fan of that stove in the island. Great windows and natural light though. I haven't seen this house on Chance's channel yet, so you beat him to the punch. I like those built in closet organizers. Really nice tour, Nate!
My youngest needs a four bedroom three bathrooms for her three adopted kids. Two teenage sons and one grade school kid.love this layout. Looks nice.please chance has no respect toward people who are watching I always feel stupid when I watch him. You talk with respect no crazy words or acts that would make a person feel dumb. I rather watch you than chance.
Gorgeous home overall. I would lose that bizarrely placed wet bar in the foyer area (what were they thinking?), and probably take the closet out of the room off the foyer to enlarge it slightly and use it as a library. Although the secondary bedrooms aren't huge, there is so much dedicated storage throughout the house that you wouldn't need a lot of furniture like dressers etc taking up floor space in the bedrooms. Really nice tour by the way.. your pacing is good, you sound personable but not frivolous, you steer clear of potentially provocative subjects and of your personal views on decor, lifestyles, and religion (which I have actually seen regularly dragged in to some home tour channels), your descriptions are succinct & specific, your videography is well done with good panning & a steady hand, and having a floorplan at the start, as well as bedroom measurements on screen, is much appreciated. You can count on this Canadian being a dedicated viewer of your channel in future.

Chance was at United Family a week before I was. Had I made it when I originally planned we might have been there on the same day. I saw his pantry dance remix. He is gonna have a few. KIT homes has a bigger pantry fetish than Chance.

We love the home. Don't like down draft stoves as heat takes the smoke and smells up, not down. So most will not get captured by the down pulling fan. We also prefer gas stoves, hate glass top stoves. As for that bedroom at the front, the door to the right at the entrance implies office, not bedroom, also shelving in the closet suggests the same thing. That one "mens" closet, is big enough for both of us!! 😄 Shower head over the seat seems strange. Yup, need a bigger fridge! We live in Missouri, so got any homes, especially like these down here??

I really like this home. It's going in my fave home playlist. You were totally frustrating me when you took your sweet time getting to the hidden pantry, lol! I know you were doing it on purpose, "look at this wire rack you can put your magazines." That pantry is awesome. You're right though that fridge needs to be the big industrial ones. Loved how big the laundry room was and the big window above the sink. Unsure about that cooktop, but if that vent works well, I like the very clean lines. I'd replace the windows in the dining room and put sliding doors. That first bedroom off the front door would be an office. Oh, that bar area in the foyer is very odd. I'd change that to a bench hall tree. I like all the storage and closets and closet systems. The his and hers closets are great, but I'd get rid of all the double doors on all costs, though they look nice, they take up room when opened. The master is a bit narrow. Not sure there's enough room to put a storage bench at the end of the bed with dresser across from it. Tfs, Nate!
I've toured a variation of this home. The supersized fridge/freezer is available for this home. It sits in the same space, but eliminates the pantry cabinets on both sides. No worries concerning that stovetop vent. They work very well. This home is also offered as a 3 BR, 2½ BA with the bedroom closest to the main entry being a double-doored study. The MBR is more square than it looks. It's about 18½' x 14½'. The home in this video has 4 square corners. The model I toured didn not. The home I toured didn't have the second double-door closet in the MBR. Instead, that wall was a recessed end wall. My guess is that they decided to add that closet to this year's model to square off the home.
This is ALMOST the same as the model I am looking at now. The one I am looking to buy is the Grand Manor 6013-1C. I LOVE this home! Thanks for showing. It gives me some great perspective on the model I am viewing.

I just love how spacious this home is. The size of pantry 💕 ( wish it had more electrical plugs) Love the utility Room ❤️, so much storage!! All that extra space in the dinning room/living room is perfect for little ones to ride there little ride on toys all over the floor… around & around lol. Soo much storage! Perfect!
I love this home. I can see how this home would be ever after home. I love the master shower. The only thing I would change is having all wood floors. I hate carpet my reason is a clean for a living and carpet is something you can never get clean. If you ever pull out a carpet you will find out what I mean. I am also allergic to dust and petroleum products so they are a big no no for me. I love how you take your time showing the home. Thank you
I like the natural colored wood cabinets, the size of the rooms and closets. Would like to have the 2 piece freezer/refrigerator. I'd turn that first bedroom into my studio for faceting/cabochon/ jewelry design/sewing and still have room for 2 big leather sofas, 2 chairs with hassocks, baby grand piano and hopefully a 38 or 40 string Celtic harp. In the hall bath I'd prefer tile and tub instead of the one piece. I do like the extensive cabinets/pantry and linen closets as well as the big windows. I live in the middle of 78 acres of woodlands and pastures.

Beautiful home. Just about perfect. Only Change I'd make would be to put an archway from the living room to the kitchen... then a wall.... then another archway from the dining room to the living room. Separate the rooms. Hate open concept, but this one leaves you an easy way out of that look while retaining the vision of space and roomyness.
Wow, never see one this big, way too big for us as we are downsizing. The one were getting is less than half that size. I just need the first small bedroom, the kitchen, living and master. Beautiful.
What you said you didn't know was called is the buffet or if free standing would be a sideboard. That's where the good silver and table linens are stored plus other fancy dinner things.
Very nice house. Like the use of space. Lots of storage. However there is no front closet. It's a necessity. Don't want to carry a dripping wet coat or boots all through the house. Don't want guests coming through laundry or mud room because of lack of front closet. Is that given as an option?

I love everything about this accept the kitchens there are 3 entries in the kitchen, 2 to the dinning room and 1 to the kitchen part, I would close those going into the kitchen, move the stove top over to that wall, and have nothing on the island, put more top cabinets, I would probably move the oven and microwave to that side also, and just have regular top and bottom cabinets there, which would give you more room for your dinner plates and such, the pantry is awesome, I would do away with one of the closets in the master, the his closest put a bigger window and make it a sitting area, that room should be a little wider, looks a little off, being so long and not very wide, that's just my take on it, but all in all very beautiful
