No we don’t deny him Executive privilege, he enjoyed that every single day he was president. What we do say is that he doesn’t have immunity for the numerous crimes he committed before during, and after his presidency. No one is above the law.

Congress can override this, executive orders are not law. The President doesn’t make laws, he enforces laws enacted by Congress. If congress enacted a law that says he can do this, then he is simply enforcing that law.

How can you declare a recording as covered under executive privilege, when you've already released the transcripts of said recording without declaring those covered under executive privilege?
