Like if he has to hesitate for 60 seconds while formulating an answer, for example. If you read a transcript of one of his so called speeches would you know that he fell while walking up the stairs or was speaking like an angry maniac on stimulants?

If the transcript and the voice audio are the same, then the Pres should release it. The fact Garland won't release it brings up the question of "are there there things stated on the voice audio that were NOT included in the transcript?" Seems like something is being hidden with the use now of Executive Privilege.

(2) It's entirely possible that whoever transcribed the Hur-Biden interview and/or whoever leaked it to the news/public, MAY HAVE UNFAITHFULLY TRANSCRIBED (ie. **LIED** about) WHAT BIDEN ACTUALLY SAID.
AG Garland's assertion of executive privelege is specious, and the vociferousness in denying Congressional oversight cmte the audio is that he KNOWS that both fears will come to reality: that Biden IS mentally messed up, AND that the transcript is not what Biden actually said.
