  • Kate takes you through the Triangle sequence which will help you build strength and flexibility in your spine. You will flow through a series of yoga poses that move your spine in all directions. Feel your spine and lengthen in the beautiful classic Triangle pose, challenge your balance with Revolved Triangle, extend towards the sky with Warrior One, and bend towards the earth with Head to Knee Pose. Take note of how your spine feels before and after this powerful class, you may find yourself walking taller off your mat and into your day. This is Episode 203 of Namaste Yoga. No equipment required.
