this recipe turns out great! I followed everything exactly like in the video but I made the biggest mistakes! I used an ice cream scoop thats a little too large. with other cookies recipe, it works but for this recipe, my cookies are huge lol for your info, this batter do span out quite large. so use a teaspoon to scoop it guys! don't make mistakes like me hahahaha

Try beating the egg and sugar mixture properly for several minutes. This should work

Temperature varies for different ovens . So choose temperature that suits your oven . I baked them at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes . You can turn on the subtitles for instructions . Thank you 😊

Hey , did you follow all the instructions ??? Measure the quantities and eggs should be at room temperature and it’s okay if you failed for the first time . It happened with me too . Try it again with proper measurements and before scooping mix the batter till it turns glossy. I hope this helps. Most of them have trouble making it for the first time. Try it again

Dear, Every oven is different so i cannot comment about the exact temperature. My cakes and cookies bake really well at 170 degree celsius. I baked at 170 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.

I guess this recipe only works in convection ovens, I tried the recipe in 2 different ovens, one came out really terrible, it kept spreading but when I tried it in my convection oven it came out perfect.
I tried it, but it doesn’t have a silky and crack on top. :( whyy :(
Hey, I think you haven't beaten your eggs properly. Measure the quantities, beat the eggs for minimum 7 -10 mins. Make sure your eggs are at room temperature. I hope this helps
Ohh thanks for your reply. :) the taste and the softness inside was really good. The crack and shiny top is the problem. Actually I mix the wet mixture it for about 3-4 mins only. I’ll gonna try it again soon! :) May I ask what brand of chocolate did you use and should I refrigerate it before baking it? Thanks! 🤗
You need not refrigerate it before baking . I used couverture chocolate 🍫
RECIPE IN CUPS :>>>>
Butter- 1 cup
Choco bar- 2 cups
Flour- 2/3 cups
Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract- just a tad
Salt- a pinch
Brown sugar/white sugar- 1/4 cup
Eggs- 2 (ROOM TEMP.)
Baking powder- 0.45 tsp (observe in the vid)
Baking soda-0.25 tsp (observe in the vid)
NOTES:
-Eggs should be room temperatured!!!
- Eggs should be beaten atelast 7-10 minutes
- Measure everything perfect as possible
- Rest the mixture for atleast 10 mins (what I did)
-Sift your damn flour
-Do not over-mix/under-mix, if its incorporated then stop right there young man 🤵

Did you beat the eggs for minimum 10 minutes ??? Use room temperature eggs and beat them for at least 10 minutes. This should fix your problem

My cookies keeps on turning out flat, this is the 4th video I've tried of brownie cookies, it's stressing me out 😭

I had the exact same problem. I researched a lot and asked questions about it to the recipe creator. What I have noticed is that the eggs and sugar must be beaten for 5ish minutes.. and then the chocolate butter mixture should not be room temperature, but slightly warm. When I baked these again, they came out perfectly. Good luck, and I hope it works out for you too. 😊
