Thank you, that was a great reaction to this track, nice to watch your enjoyment of it. 🤗 You picked up on some of the things that endeared me to this performance, from Haruna's smiling "I've got this" countenance, to the fabulous synched solo with guitar and keytar. The ladies obviously had a lot of fun playing this song. Note Asami pointing and laughing at Miyako (in sympathy?) as she resumes the vocal phrase. With Miho rocking out as well , it's the most relaxed I've ever seen them. And Miyako was pregnant, her stamina throughout this 2 hour concert is incredible. I suggest buying the Heavy Metal Never Dies blu ray if you don't have it, one of the best live concert productions you'll ever see.
The left hand thing she was doing on the keytar is a pitch bend or pitch wheel, it allows her to pitch up or down each note she plays like how in a guitar you would bend the strings or do vibratos.
This is a hidden gem that you can only find on the unreleased EP Golden Destination, and it is a very rare CD it may not be available any longer. The other hidden gem on the EP is Puppet on a String which is also a phenomenal song, I too agree with the sound mixing on this live show on the Audio track it is completely different and you can hear Midori very well. The other two songs on the EP is Golden Destination and Thunder Vengeance with an Orchestra sound behind it.
Well you covered everything about this performance that resonate with me too. Except for one thing. That massive smile of Midori's at the end as she triumphantly punches the air. She was so happy with what just went down. All the 'White Wolves' had a blast with this one. As to your comments about Haruna. In every Lovebites video I re-watch (many times) I concentrate on Haruna in the background in every shot, past the rest of the band members. We see so many fun things with her, through the whole performance. Smiles, head shakes, stick flicks, looks of satisfaction, relief, and of course, at times, absolute concentration. A true little Princess.

I suggest the songs "a frozen serenade" live tokyo 2021 and "dancing with the devil" live tokyo 2020, if you want to discover new beautiful different sides of them. You're right about the strong 80s vibe in this song, but aside from that, it reminds me of Cyntia, who were the biggest and best band of the "girls metal boom" for a few years in the early 2010s, although for some reason they rarely ever get mentioned. Cyntia were the first of those bands to get signed to a major label, which some people think was the beginning of their downfall, but that's another story...but they charted several times, as high as number 9 on the Japanese Oricon chart (only Aldious charted higher at 7) and their first three albums are absolute classics. They're one of the big 4 along with Destrose, Aldious, and Mary's Blood, who newer fans of Lovebites, Band-Maid, Nemophila etc. have all discovered while remaining largely oblivious to Cyntia, which is weird...anyway, I keep straying from my point, which is that Ayano occasionally whipped out her keytar and did duel leads with Yui the guitarist, and this song always reminds me of them, especially songs like Night Flight for example (ua-cam.com/video/318sXtmbSj4/v-deo.html). I'm enjoying your channel, I like your demeanor and insights. I don't care for a lot of "reactors" who seem phony and seem more about themselves than the band they're "reacting" to. Some are loudmouths, some are clearly over- reacting and just come across as fake, but I don't know, maybe it's just me.
This song kind of reminded me of Petra; there's some dating material for you. Towards the end, they used a keytar a lot. And Haruna was probably enjoying the break; this song is slower than what she usually does. And if you look close at Miyako, especially when her stomach is exposed, you will see a baby bump. She was 4 and a half months pregnant. Eddie was good, but he never tried that one.... The new bassist was supposed to be announced in August, but Asami said they need a little more time. I guess they found several good bassists and are having trouble choosing just one
One of my least favorites from them but I still dig it. Sounds like Dream Evil Era Dio as Well as VH. But it still has that insane speed underneath. This song is one of the few that Midori's parts are a bit low in the mix. I took plenty of heat for pointing this out as well. Like our Reactor I am a Guitarist first so I prefer the guitar in front even when playing along with keytar.
Miho is the most interesting person out of all Japanese heavy metal girls/women. Miho is an uncompromising metalhead, she drinks regularly and sometimes goes booze with friends. She is an enfant terrible. She was our best piece, we love her and we hope she might return to LOVEBITES in a few years.🤘🐺🤘
Nah as someone who absolutely loves synthesizers the synth is too loud in this mix. It should be like 30% quieter. It's such a fat bright sound, it's competing with both Midori and Asami's vocals. It's not so dominant in the studio track. Regardless this song is so much fun, it's hard for me to complain about and it's not their fault anyways, it's whoever mixed it.
I've nerver talked a lot about Miho's leaving the band since last summer 2021, but IMO (and only mine) there's a problem with Miyako and Asami trying to take full control of the band. Those two are very very close, especially now they both are mothers, and I think issues began long ago, which lead to Miho leaving. I wouldn't have been suprised Haruna and Midori quitting too, to join Miho in a new project. I guess we'll get the answer when we hear the direction the new "heaviness" of the songs without Miho's natural "heavy metal feeling" touch.
I would say that 95% of Lovebites songs are outstanding. Sadly this is one of the 5% that I don't care for. To me this sounds like music from a 80:s tv-series. 😥
I enjoy this song but it would be somewhere at the bottom of my Lovebites song ranking. This is one of the handful of Mao songs. They probably play it in concert because it gives them a break from the fast-pace of most of their other songs, especially for Haruna. In this performance it was fun to see Miyako get out of her comfort zone a bit with the acting
…..And she also has a fantastic voice and could even sing !
Miyako is first of all a great musician, she writes, composes and arranges, she perfectly plays piano and keyboards, guitar, bass and even a bit of drum's, in this concert she was 4 months pregnant, Miyako is incredible, great song and great reaction!🤘🏼🎸🥁🎤🐺💖🇯🇵🇮🇹
She also sings. She harmonizes with Asami pretty much but suppressed in the mixing and hardly audible.

She will return with new members we don't know as a rival.
Great reaction...if you want see an AWESOME drummer, try JUNNA drum cover of PAINKILLER....
I really wonder sometimes how this band is even possible.
It's not only your opinion, Boris 👍
I would say that 95% of Lovebites songs are outstanding. Sadly this is one of the 5% that I don't care for. To me this sounds like music from a 80:s tv-series. 😥
I enjoy this song but it would be somewhere at the bottom of my Lovebites song ranking. This is one of the handful of Mao songs. They probably play it in concert because it gives them a break from the fast-pace of most of their other songs, especially for Haruna. In this performance it was fun to see Miyako get out of her comfort zone a bit with the acting
Watch her doing their early stuff. Before they got these made up personas.
