Glad to see you back. Hope to see new reacts soon. Miyako has a piano cover song EP coming out this month. She's released the first song from it - Helloween - Eagle Fly Free.
So glad to see you back with Lovebites. They have a new bassist now and are back in action. They released a new album which might just be their best one. Judgment Day and Stand And Deliver are two music videos they made for the album. Amazing stuff and both feature the new bassist.
I will definitely suggest “A Frozen Serenade” (shot during covid, so little reaction allowed by the crowd), The song is full of surprises, and classic as they get!! Here’s the link: ua-cam.com/video/Ae8pQVu-RN8/v-deo.html
Welcome back. Once you are back up and running, you have to do the songs from the new album. Fami, the new bassist, is amazing. Stand and Deliver, Judgement Day, and Dissonance are all amazing songs.
You are one of the best Reactors, good to have you back on UA-cam. Nobody knows exactly the size of the Lovebites ladies. However, research over the years on various websites and forums yields the following measurements for the ladies - if anyone knows better, please correct me : Asami : 1.45 metres Haruna : 1,47 metres Midori : 1.50 metres Miho : 1,51 metres Miyako : 1.58 metres Fami : 1.63 metres You have to tell it like it is : They are dwarfs. The situation is similar in other Japanese women's HM bands.
@gitterich: I go with your values, but Fami was IMHO as tall as Miyako, i.e. 1.58 (5'2"-5'3"). And Asami 1.47 (4'10") is switched with Haruna 1.45 (4'9"). Midori has confirmed 1.50 (4'11"), Miho was lying between Midori and Miyako, it may well be 5'1", which is 1.55!
Welcome back after 7 months. Isn't it nice to relive when you first fell in love? You have to react to the new ones, Judgement Day and Stand and Deliver!
This concert from 2020 is awesome. The intro to the concert and the encore are great! The 2021 concert is better on stage, but due to COVID, the crowd reactions are limited due to restrictions. Been listening since December and they keep sounding better the more I listen to them. No bad song on any of the albums or concerts.
What a nice coincidence. Just discovered your channel a few days ago, watched some reactions to Band-Maid and Lovebites, really liked them, but then was quite worried when I discovered that the videos suddenly stopped 7 months ago. And here you are! It may sound stupid, but I'm really a bit relieved. I also would have two recommendations: "LOVEBITES A Frozen Serenade 2021 LIVE in Tokyo with lyrics" (one of my favorites from them) and "Nightwish Live in Tampere 2015 The Greatest Show On Earth" (a 21 minute monster and also one of the best songs and performances from them).
Great reaction on Raise Some Hell. You mentioned something about it being hard to pin down Miyako's influences. By now I'm sure youve heard about her bio and know she didn't start learning guitar until 18. Well, part of her self taught process was learning songs by ear, and this included songs by her favorite guitarists; Dimebag Darrell, Gary Moore and Paul Gilbert (Paul and Marty Friedman are metal celebrities on Japan and were frequently on Japanese TV emceeing metal programs). So in Miyako's playing you get a bit of Dime's aggressiveness, Gary's soulfulness, and Paul's technical brilliance. At least that's how I would describe Miyako's style. In anycase she a phenomenal talent on Piano, guitar, bass (slap) and drums....As far as the Digitech Red Pedal, I know its a pitch shifter, but doesn't it also do the traditional whammy effect?
I hope you would consider doing a track by track review of their new album Judgement Day!! Even if you already heard it, would be cool to listen to your opinions about the songs!! 🤘🐺

Ya, this is why they are my favorite band and Raise Some Hell is in my top 5 favorite songs. Haruna loves her cymbals.

LoveBites is such an amazing band. So glad they picked Fami for their new bassist. She's a perfect fit.
Heeeeyyy!! Welcome back! Lots of new Nemophila (originals and covers) and Lovebites to check out among others. 🤘
I will definitely suggest “A Frozen Serenade” (shot during covid, so little reaction allowed by the crowd), The song is full of surprises, and classic as they get!! Here’s the link: ua-cam.com/video/Ae8pQVu-RN8/v-deo.html

I found this info, but only Midori's height is confirmed.
Asami : 1.49 metres
Haruna : 1,45 metres
Midori : 1.50 metres
Miho : 1,55 metres
Miyako : 1.55 metres
Fami : 1.59 metres
1.45 meter = 4'9 3/32"
1.63 meter = 5' 4 3/16"

I love that all three ladies finger tapped their guitars!

Which I just noticed you did Thunder Vengeance, which is the song that got me hooked. Great reactions!!!
Miyako here is using a John Petrucci WHAH pedal. She also uses a digitech whammy pedal In other songs.
welcome back. great reactions.
🤘🏽LOVEBITES RULES🤘🏽

26:50 "Is Miho a extremally tall woman? "
Yes. 🤣
Does this mean you’re going to react to some of Lovebites new stuff, like Judgement Day?😊

Yeah Miyako loves her Wah pedal. Miho is no taller than 5'1-2". 😂
🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Co co cool
I hope you would consider doing a track by track review of their new album Judgement Day!! Even if you already heard it, would be cool to listen to your opinions about the songs!! 🤘🐺
Miyako is very much inspired by Gary Moore of what I can hear and some Kirk Hammett.
Miho a tall person 🤣, all of them are small. The new bassist Fami is the tallest member now and she's not tall.
