As always... thank you for sharing your recipe. The best tasting seitan I've ever made is based on one of your recipes. The only difference is that I cook it at a lower temperature for longer which seems to reduce the typical seitan aftertaste.
You are so clever, I love your recipes! The first vegan rib recipe you uploaded was really good, the tofu in the mixture was a little overwhelming for me though. I appreciate the new ingredients in this one, I will definitely be making some for the summer!
Amazing work! Your bbq ribs look so tasty! I’m going to try these and maybe also try the base recipe with a vegan-honey/garlic sauce, which I used to love. Thanks so much for sharing your experiences in the kitchen.😊👍
These look great! Going to make them later today. I'm curious why you have two recipes for seitan ribs. Do you view this as an improved version of the last recipe, or just two different ways you like to make them?
Hello, Yes, I used a totally different method for the improved recipe. The texture is more shreddy compared to the last recipe which is more like a loaf.
I wish mine looked like this lol. Gave this a shot, but mine did not turn out well at all. I couldn't get it knotted and wrapped. Every time I stretch it, it would just tear. So I tried cooking it anyways but it all crumbled away in the broth. Maybe I'll have better luck another time.
Rice paper is genius! thanks!
She's a pro
Thank you 😊
Amazing work on the knotting/kneading process. That texture in the final product looks next level.
Thank you very much!
This is brilliant !
Looks awesome - and I bet it tastes superb. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you! It does, especially with the BBQ sauce 😋
Detailed without being overly complicated. I look forward to your uploads and the meal looks yummy
Thanks so much 😊
i completely agree.
Yummy 🤤

Thank you! Cheers!
Yum! I have not seen rice paper used in this way. I'm definitely going to give this a try. Thanks!
Hope you enjoy😊
This might be the 5th time your recipes were my reminder to start making homemade seitan again. Your recipe videos are always fantastic. 👍🤗
Can't wait to make these :) Thanks for sharing

Hello,
Yes, I used a totally different method for the improved recipe. The texture is more shreddy compared to the last recipe which is more like a loaf.
You’re amazing!! I’ve been wanting costillas en salsa.
This looks so incredible and delicious! the texture is awesome!! Thank you for such a detailed video 😍👍💚
Thank you so much 🤗

Trying this today with sweet potato salad
Heads up Worcester sauce is not vegan, however there is a variety out there that has been made to be.
amaaaazing! and the camera work is improving too!!
Thank you, I appreciate that!
thanks
You're welcome!
Por favor en español le agredeceria mucho deseo aprender mil gracias
Amazing! It is yummy to be honest
The only hardest part is hunting down a vegan for his/her ribs to be cooked.
Dang I need to try these on my beef bros 😅
Como puedo leer en Español???Porfa Traducción gracias..
I have a cacao allergy, Can I substitute that?
Just omit it.
Wow, that looks good, but it's a lot of work!!
It is! I only make it on special occasions 😊
Why does mine look like gelatin?
Why bother with the rice paper? I'll bet they would have turned out fabulous without it. I have to commend how your food turned out.
It’s definitely a matter of preference, but you are right! They are pretty darn good without the rice paper too 😋
Worshteshire is not vegan if it matters. It's fermented fish
Hi, there is vengan Worcestershire sauce. I use the Annie’s brand. 😊
@@yessicainfante831 oh wow! I'll have to try that. Thanks so much
It looks delicious, but at the same time impractical. This recipe takes hours to prepare. There should be shorter versions.
What a ridiculous amount of preparation.
You’re amazing!! I’ve been wanting costillas en salsa.
Thank you! I actually made some, but with my carnitas recipe, it was so good! 😋
