Easiest Gooey Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie 🍪

Ingredients:
* 84g unsalted butter, room temperature
* ⅓ cup brown sugar
* ½ cup granulated sugar
* 1 large egg
* 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* ½ tsp baking soda
* ½ tsp coarse salt
* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
* Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, combine butter and sugars with a wooden spoon.
3. Mix in egg and vanilla.
4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix till combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Transfer cookie dough to a cast-iron skillet.
7. Bake until cookie is golden brown and just set in the center, around 30 minutes.
8. Cool for 5 min , top with ice cream and enjoy!
