Hi. I subscribed to your channel within 4 minutes of this video. You are very polite with your mare and mindful, which is, sadly, uncommon these days. I found your style the closest to my friend and mentor, Corrina, who has been breeding and training Arabians for 45 years. I've never trained as much as a cat, let alone 2 inseperable full Straight Egyptian sisters fillies (2&3yrs), who were completely unhandled, not even halter trained. I'm trying to figure out how to stop them from pawing and moving back when I pick up their feet. I love your style. You're gonna make it big. Keep it up.
very informative, my tb does not hold any foot up for a long time and yes he is nervous. I have him eat while trimming, two rasp a time, pff. I have to go and train me and him to relax, like you showed, thanks!
this is awesome! thank you… i’ve heard SO many tips but none of them have personally worked for me. i can actually understand your advice and it’s not intimidating or scary. i have had so many obstacles in the last 15 years and has caused trauma in my life. being relaxed when i’m around my horse is difficult since i’m afraid of being hurt by her. it’s been a challenge just to take her out and walk her or have the farrier come and trim her feet. i’ve listened to so many tips and tricks and nothing seems to work. she has also been thru a lot i think. it’s been challenging but worth it to hear a chew of processing!!!
Killing it with the videos! I love having so many things to practice!
Thank you so much for watching and for your lovely comment! I can’t wait to hear how it goes!
