Beforehand, you need to enable developer options on your TCL Google TV.
1: Using your TCL Google TV remote control, navigate to the home screen and select the "Settings" option. You can typically find this option by pressing the "Home" button on your remote and scroll to the gear icon labeled "Settings."
2: Within the Settings menu, locate and select the option labeled "System." This is where you'll find additional settings related to the functioning of your TV. At this point, scroll down and find the "About" option. This section typically contains information about your TV, including the current software version.
3: In the "About" section, find the "Android TV OS Build" option. This option is usually located at the bottom of the list. Select it. You'll now see a message informing you that you are a certain number of steps away from becoming a developer. Keep selecting the option repeatedly (usually around seven times) until you see a message indicating that developer mode has been enabled.
4: After enabling developer mode, go back to the previous screen. You should now see a new option labeled "Developer Options" or something similar. Select it to enter the developer options menu.
5: Within the Developer Options menu, look for an option labeled "Stay Awake." This option prevents the screen from sleeping, which is essential for disabling the screensaver or Ambient Mode. At this point, toggle OFF the switch to disable the screensaver on your TV.
