on my tv the screen saver is fixed. I am unable to use any function no matter which buttons I press. I have checked the remote batteries, they are good. screensaver is still stuck on.

Gma-anne Try Cold Bootng your TV, Unplug the TV from Power, keep it like that for 5 minutes then plug it in. it can fix your issue.☺️
