When I saw you clean the goat the ancestral three part water wash, acid vinegar then salt wash I was almost cheering. I see too many people picking up on ways from their environments and not properly cleaning their meat. I sometimes soak my goat in pomergranates or mostly pomergranates and part real cranberry juice. Not the fake Ocean Spray stuff.. It depends on what I'm using it for.
Hello Nancy. Thanks for watching. It's all base of preference. I would do curry with the same cut I used with bones. Which is a chopped mixture of shoulder and legs. Bones enhance the flavor to me. If you want it boneless than the thigh is good.
Hi there! We all come from different walks of life and do things differently doesn't mean that I'm wrong or you're wrong we just do things our unique ways right? Many will agree with you, and if I was born in a different culture I would probably agree with you too but where I'm from cleaning our meat is just automatic you don't ever question it. Goat has a very very strong scent I couldn't imagine eating it without cleaning it but I'm sure it's just as good 😉
This video was perfect

Hey how long does goat meat take to cook?
1.5 hours to 2 hours to get it really tender
Thanks for watching. Let me know how it comes out for you.
This video is excellent. Now I know why the goat I had for the first time last night was so delicious. Well done.

My pleasure Maria! Did you try it? If so, how did it work out for you?
You are really patient but I'd rather eat them like that, what kind of meat after you clean it? No more goat taste so what we are eating?

Is lamb as stinky as goat? I’m a single man and don’t have time to clean goat meat as extensively as you are here.
