    Lamise O. This is just a suggestion. Instead of using Goya sazon, use Badia sazon no MSG. it is just as good and it gives the food the nice color that you like. Yes that goat looks scrumptious

    So you don’t leave the meat tranpe overnight? If yes, would that be after or before the hot water bath?

    • @Carpathianpixie
      @Carpathianpixie 2 роки тому

      If you leave the meat overnight, it's usually with the seasonings so the flavours have time to penetrate.

    myth busted • goat meat is not the most consumed meat in the world • neither is goat meat eaten by the most people in the world • nor is goat milk the most consumed milk in the world … there simply are not that many goats in the world, not by the longest stretch of the imagination • Susan Schoenian • the world’s leading expert on goats (and sheep) University of Maryland Extension, USA

      no need to be hostile. i love haitian food but have also heard from many ppl that some of the spices used (maggi specifically) is very unhealthy. my mother only uses more natural seasonings. goos tasty food that doesnt send you to the hospital is a plus in my book
