Mesi jezu pou madanm sa ooooh...I am about to break my new years resolution because of your delicious channel! Edited to add try some ADOBO too, my maman switched from magi to Sazon and Adobo when I was a kid so goood.
Hello. Thanks for this recipe. I’m following. However, I don’t think you told us what to do with the bell pepper. I’m assuming you put it in the first pot?
Finally! Thank you, my bf and I love your cultures food. There is only one restaurant in Toronto and they always run out of Tasso when I try to order it😢
Thank you for aharing. A friend brought me some from haiti, delicious! What part of the goat do you use? Also how do you preserve it for persons without refrigerator?
Lamise O. This is just a suggestion. Instead of using Goya sazon, use Badia sazon no MSG. it is just as good and it gives the food the nice color that you like. Yes that goat looks scrumptious
What lime or lemon help with cleaning the meat with because I used vinegar, but most Haitian people used lime or lemon please I just wanted to know the difference
GOOD MORNING/BONJOUR/BUENOS DIAS 😃😘🤗❤️ IDR THE LAST TIME I HAD GOAT MEAT OR PIG FOR THAT MATTER 🤷🏾♀️ I’M REALLY TRYNA GIVE UP RED MEAT BUT YOU KNOW I’M HERE TO SUPPORT YOU, LAMiSE 🙃 ❤️
Its was good but I would like to see what the "tasso cabret " is served with on the video, with the meat. Almost like a cheff preparing this meal and serving it .good video but please don't rush take your time
myth busted • goat meat is not the most consumed meat in the world • neither is goat meat eaten by the most people in the world • nor is goat milk the most consumed milk in the world … there simply are not that many goats in the world, not by the longest stretch of the imagination • Susan Schoenian • the world’s leading expert on goats (and sheep) University of Maryland Extension, USA
no need to be hostile. i love haitian food but have also heard from many ppl that some of the spices used (maggi specifically) is very unhealthy. my mother only uses more natural seasonings. goos tasty food that doesnt send you to the hospital is a plus in my book

Thank you so much! I’ll definitely look for it ❤️
My pleasure. I wish there was a way to send you a picture of it.
So you don’t leave the meat tranpe overnight? If yes, would that be after or before the hot water bath?
If you leave the meat overnight, it's usually with the seasonings so the flavours have time to penetrate.
Yayyyyyy!!!!!! I've been waiting on this!!!!!!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
