The sound this thing makes is genuinely amazing! Especially with those burbles on the up shift and the overrun. I personally like it more than the S55. The B58 is one of the best performance engines on the market (non super car, obviously). And it makes the 140i such a special package with huge tuning potential. Rumour has it the B58 has forged internals. Could this be the actual german morden 1zj? (Singe turbo, innit).. 😂 This is one of my favourite tuned M140i videos. Nice one TR Hamza 😁

Making about 435 horsepower to the wheels and 490lbs torque on my 435i n55. It’s awesome that this 140i swapped the open diff for lsd, will make a big difference

That M140i is crazy, the only downside for me would be that interior choice. I personally would have gone for the red leather trim.
Nadeem2604xo They do not do the red leather on the 1 series anymore for some reason. They still do it on the 240 though for whatever reason🤷🏼♂️

I moved from super sports to ps4, the car felt more comfortable and tyre noise was less but the steering response was terrible and was no way near as stable on high speed cornering. I sold them after a month and refitted new super sports.
When we had the tyres off the rim you could squash the PS4 side wall with your hand, but the super sport was solid
Believe PS4’s are the ones to replace the supersports but there not available in 18’’

Hey, yea he will be quicker 100-200kmh than the 35d. I've got a stage 2 435d with full breathing mods and it will own most things off the line but the petrol will do the aforementioned mid range pull better. Drag race 1/4 you will probably rinse a mapped 140i though. Join the Dragy UK Leaderboard and show us some love.
compare to your m2, what is the instant feeling when drive off?
M cars feel more rigid and glued to the ground, controls are heavier etc. Even despite mods you cant get rid of the light feeling that some of these non M-cars have
