Tbh I thought this comment was going somewhere else entirely. A lot of people blame the religion instead of the people who use Christianityas a scapegoat.
The biggest problem with any religion is people. Like anything that has the potential to be beautiful and wholesome, people will find a way use it to justify the most horrific acts of depravity.
@@actuallywhatimeant2583 sadly I know some people who are truly like that. They are so judgmental and act likeJesus only died for certain peoples sin. A sin is a sin in the eyes of God but sadly they don’t think so. Some lady who helped me around the house said Betty White for her views on woolen equality for all (like with homosexuals). I believe Betty was in fact Christian didn’t judge others based off that stuff which I love her for.. It really is sad that people act a certain way and say God wants it that way. No the Bible says judge not or you shall so be judged and Let he who is without sin cast the first stone AND LOVE THY NEIGHBOR. Please tell me where he said he didn’t mean your homosexual neighbor, your black neighbor your Muslim neighbor. Need I go on? I am Christian I try really hard not to judge a person but the actions and I’m never mean about it. I say things like they really shouldn’t do that cause it’s not polite or right.
Betty White is Stellar! She and James Spader create magic whenever they're together in a scene. From that point the magic continued right into Boston Legal. I feel so blessed to have witnessed her from about 1970 till the end.
BW was chilling in this performance!!! She was perfectly casted. Hard to wrap my brain around it, bc she is an absolute delight of a human being in real life.
I never watched "The Practice" so never saw this scene. This background story of Catherine Piper certainly goes on the explain how Catherine had so little trouble (and no remorse) in killing Bernard Ferrion and hiding his body on "Boston Legal".
The character Me White plays exactly the type of christian Mahatma Gandi deplored when he said: "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians Your Christians are so unlike your Christ "
he did, I just checked the episode, and he calls her by er name, they talk about the dog poop and the trick or treating and the neighbour thing in the first minute.
No. The fact that she remembers a single of the many men to walk through the rotating door--a man without singular noteworthiness--would be enough to call her testimony into question. She can throw anything at the wall that she'd like to afterward, but I'd never forget.
Betty White in the foreground, Ed Asner in the background, James Spader volleying - what a mix of legends!
Ya. Just thought about that. Lou Grant in the background
How many vile, self-righteous people hide behind calling themselves "Christian". Well written, well acted.

@@desperate6406 na, un a behavior is an intrinsic part of a religion the religion IS that

One of my mum’s many wise sayings: don’t judge a religion by its practioners.

Sad to say, there are far too many Catherine Pipers in this world and not nearly enough Betty Whites
R.I.P. Betty White. Such amazing and natural talent. Everyone from that clip did well with their careers.
BW was chilling in this performance!!! She was perfectly casted. Hard to wrap my brain around it, bc she is an absolute delight of a human being in real life.
“I’m a Christian dear “ I died ! 😂 Betty white was a legend , RIP golden girl .
And at least two actors who ended up on Grey’s Anatomy. Would have loved to hear what Betty White & Ed Asner talked about between setups.
For once he’s out acted She pulls focus. Amazing. I had no idea she did this. Best role ever
Finally Louis Litt and Allan Shore clash. Suits Vs Boston Legal.
I never watched "The Practice" so never saw this scene. This background story of Catherine Piper certainly goes on the explain how Catherine had so little trouble (and no remorse) in killing Bernard Ferrion and hiding his body on "Boston Legal".
Wow.
I was somewhat a fan of this show and saw many episodes but missed this one.
Man, she was a good actress. She pulls off this sweet demeanor while saying hateful, ugly things.
Thank you for keeping the church bell in the clip!
How awesome to see Lou Grant (Asner) and Sue Ann Nivens (White) on screen together again, over 25 years after Mary Tyler Moore ended.
Wow! All star cast!
Wow. Forgot Louis Litt's appearance.
Can we just acknowledge how great Jill Clayburgh looks in this scene?
Oh, Alan… You know the poop glove prank impresses the shit out of you..
Betty White and Ed Asner. Great casting and a great Mary Tyler Moore reunion
Indeed
I have never watched The Practice and had no plans to do so. However, I plan to watch the
season that includes Betty White. How did I miss this?
It’s Boston legal
Alan Shore just got Litt up!
Alan Shore got Litt Up
"I am a christian dear".. Yes, she is!!
😂🤣🤣😂
Holy shit that's Louis Litt from Suits!
Probably an internship during Harvard Law studies!
I need to rewatch that whole episode, when I watched it the first time I had not seen suits.
I am a chrisitian dear! Wow! everything leading up to that line explains & defines christianity in a nutshell.
Wow, I never knew that this show had such great casting, but then again, I haven't watched much tv in the last decade or so.
The character Me White plays exactly the type of christian Mahatma Gandi deplored when he said: "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians Your Christians are so unlike your Christ "
When Rose Nyland's dark side took over🤣😂🥀
Rose Nyland was actually Sue Ann Nivens in the witness protection program. She had Catherine Piper in her all along.
Betty White and James Spader two of my fav actors.
But where’s Mary Tyler Moore?
This is the only hold for me to bring every criminals to the court
God that was a terrifying character Betty White portrayed, I'm going to go watch Golden Girls right now to remember how sweet she really is.
ED ASNER AND BETTY WHITE???? WHERE'S MARYTYLER MOORE?
Betty was so great.
this was amazing
So that was a Yes then.
So, the Practice, Boston Legal AND Suits exist in the same universe...
How come he didn't remember her when she came to Crane Poole & Shmit?
he did, I just checked the episode, and he calls her by er name, they talk about the dog poop and the trick or treating and the neighbour thing in the first minute.
Uh he did.
In Boston Legal it felt like this whole thing during Paul Stewart's trial never happened. It was weird it was never addressed in Boston Legal.
Yes certainly i don't want miss my trun in the Court
So if you were on the jury, would you believe her?
No. The fact that she remembers a single of the many men to walk through the rotating door--a man without singular noteworthiness--would be enough to call her testimony into question. She can throw anything at the wall that she'd like to afterward, but I'd never forget.
Nope
No. The fact that she extorted the lady makes her not credible.
I totally forgot Rick Hoffman was in the Practice
LITTUP!
Very good
The only vision and mission is the criminals should be destroyed... entire
Look, it's Louis Litt!
Louis Litt and Alan Shore are in same universe.. whoa
Betty none of what your character did is Christian. vengeance is for the Lord not us humans...
Wow my favorite Louis Litt aka Rick Hoffman is here
Why do I feel like she’s the hero of this story
If vengeance, spitefulness, arrogance & hypocrisy are hero qualities, then yes!
Damn multiple greys anatomy stars.
Beware the pious Christian.
So this is what Louis Litt did for work before Pearson Hardman?
Boston legal v Suits 😁
Not a trustworthy witness AT ALL!! LOLZ
