Indescribable. Your reaction comes closest do far. Born to it. It is just so true. She is magic when she sings, and such a delight always. Her music is a tonic, a soothing dose of ear candy. So easy for her to do, and such a wonderful result. Feeling stress? Worried? Here, listen to this song. Pulled in, totally focused on her, she brings peace and wonder. " Here, listen....." Like a drug, ...........joy.....! One in a billion, this Angel. Ina.
Thank you Eve for the emotional and beautiful reaction. This is definitely one of the interpretations of Angelina's songs that most grab your soul and make you look inside, its slow, smoky, sweet, intimate tones, dig you in and make you lose your sense of time. Her voice is so emotional that it leaves you like driftwood on the beach after a storm, but it's also so sweet! For me the best version I've heard of this song. ❤️
When you're born to sing and have this kind of talent it's easier to perform than give an interview. Angelina's God given talent was meant to be shared with the world. Thanks Eve, always a treat to see your reactions, thumbs up.
It is utterly inconceivable that a 12 year old could sing this song this way this well - but here it is. She has been singing since 18 months old (video and interview evidence) so she has been practicing for 10 years here :-)
She wrote herself that she just having some fun with Wicked game. But I think that is the way she do these songs. Just having some fun, and of course a lot of work.
IMO, this is the most incredible, outstanding and soulful rendition of this song in existence. I really Like Chris Isaak’s version, but Angelina brings out the passion and emotion the lyrics were written to do.
Hi Eve. That was a great reaction, like always, After all the covers on this song, 3 are my favorites. The original from Chris back in 89 ( which I fell in love with back then) Then there's Diana Ankudinova I love how she took & made a big production without letting it overwhelm her & she turned it into a great Pop song in a modern way with a little Russian folk song style to it. If I remember right, Diana got 2 weeks to prepare the song for the competition. I believe Diana is a either a contralto profondo or a low contralto. Than there's Angelina Jordan's arrangement & composition of it, (WOW!!), she went the exact opposite direction completely stripped it down & just her on her little keyboard in her room playing 3-4 cords & just telling a story using her voice, just amazing, all at the age 11-12. When Angie was asked about this song, she said “one day she just wanted to go into her room & mess around with it.” & as they say. They rest is history. I believe Angelina is a low contralto or a dramatic contralto. Please react to Angelina & let us know. She can get comfortably low as A2-B2 her high’s that up to debate. I think in the C5-E5 or C6-E6 range “I have nothing”(Whitney tribute) by Whitney Houston big final belt & same with "It’s a Man's World" by James Brown at the live concert when she was 12
This is such a moving piece of work by Angelina. She shows real understanding of the true meaning of Chris Isaac's lyrics. She then delivers her own stripped down, haunting rendition of a song that is really about obsessive unobtainable love. How she understands the pain one experiences in such a situation is beyond me other than to say she has maturity and empathy way beyond her years. Can I ask why you don't comment during your pauses? I get all the copyright issues but am baffled as to why you pause then comment after the pausing? I'm drawn to your reactions but find the song completely emasculated by the constant and overly long pauses.
And they really aren't pauses, as the video continues to play without sound. Pause means just that---the video stops. And I don't understand why Eve doesn't just stop the video, make her comments, then restart it. Also, there are different interpretations of the meaning of these lyrics. For me it's about a strong fear of falling for someone that you know is very bad for you. I've never experienced that fear, but I can empathize with those that have. And I am confident that Angelina also has not experienced that fear. But look at how well she conveys it in this performance. To me, that is one of the most amazing things about this wunderkind. She does that kind of thing over and over in her performances. 😊
I agree with Kevin & William about muting part of the song rather than just pausing & commenting. That seems to avoid copyright strikes for other reactors. Eve, I enjoy your reactions, but I hope the future changes you talked about will include letting us hear the entire song.
Hey Eve, On this Copy right thing with you muting out 7 seconds about 3 times a songs. Instead of doing that, just pause the video & say your comments for 10-15+ seconds & than resume. That way we don't missing hearing the song & or your reaction to that moment. :-) You did react to & cry to the song I recommended. Angie singing "You were always on my mind" about a week ago.
Beautiful reaction, would you do a Elvis reaction to One night with you from his 68 comeback special. I promise you will love it but be careful he will steal your heart
I personally don't think you will find a better version of this song. At just 12 years old Angelina sits down at her keyboard and creates pure magic.
Her tempo is breath-taking...
YES

That voice is one of a kind and there is nobody I would rather listen to!

Angelina Jordan made me subscribe to you all
Haunting and magical

Wicked game - Diana Ankudinova👌👌

I read as well that Michelangelo was just having fun with the Sistine Chapel.
Oh, what fun!!!
I am glad that you played that video instead of the one with photos of her childhood. This video is so much more moving.
IMO, this is the most incredible, outstanding and soulful rendition of this song in existence. I really Like Chris Isaak’s version, but Angelina brings out the passion and emotion the lyrics were written to do.
One word...masterpiece.
'Music chameleon'. I like it.

Чуть не уснул 😂
This cover is Angelina's example of "sometimes, less is better." Thanks to "Angel" Sune Amtoft who made this beautiful video.
❤️ your reaction 👍😊
If you want to shed some tears try "Always on my mind" by Angelina.
I had suggested that and she has played it about 10 days ago and she cried.
@@djs2006 nice one. Not human if that doesn't bring tears

You might try Queens "The show must go on" by Angelina. Solid rock and she hit's hard, she also has an EDM song "above water".
She did a real good job on The Show Must Go On🤗
🙏🙏👍👍💙💙
Pause the video for the required time !! Just saying!!! Go Angelina!!!!!
You should just pause the video then comment for 7 or 15 seconds rather than mute for 7 seconds and we miss the video and song.
PART1 of Diana Ankudinova full Biography
Beautiful reaction, would you do a Elvis reaction to One night with you from his 68 comeback special. I promise you will love it but be careful he will steal your heart
