- WHEN she was overweight, Felicia Keathley, 24, struggled to keep up with her son and carry out everyday activities. After seeing a photo of herself, Felicia, of Fort Wayne Indiana, realised she needed to change. Starting out at 302lbs at her heaviest, she was determined to get healthy for the sake of her son and future children. Over the course of 18 months, Felicia lost 145lbs through a healthy diet and exercise. Now a mother-of-two, Felicia is an Instagram influencer, inspiring others on their own journeys. Felicia told Truly: “It took me so many tries, it took me years, but I finally did, I just never gave up. And now I'm here and I'm the happiest I've ever been, and the healthiest I've ever been for me and my kids."

This is so inspiring!!!! I lost 16lbs in 3months. And this truly makes me feel like I’m on the right path. If I continue to loose weight at the same rate I am now,I will loose over 50lbs by the end of the year! I definitely have around 100lbs to loose. Maybe even more. Thankyou for sharing your story.

I was 126kg (278lb) when i started my weight loss journey and now i'm 89kg (196lb). My goal is to reach 55kg (121lb) before next summer. I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!! 💪🏼

This is so inspiring! The last few months have been difficult because my gym has been closed. I wasn’t my healthiest when I was at the gym daily, but now I’m really not as healthy as I could be. This video has inspired me to come up with new ways to exercise and workout even without a gym!
wow!!! this is so inspiring☺☺my husband and me are on a weightloss journey ourselves to lose 45kg(100lbs) each, we love life and doing fun stuff together but unfortuantly we love eating to..... and we realized if don't do something now we are not going to grow old together and that makes me sad😪we are each other's biggest support system and that helps a lot. its taking longer than i thought it would, but I'm sure we will get there!!!!

She is so beyond beautiful! Inside and out! You can see her light shine thru. I love how positive and loving towards herself she has been through that experience. My ex boyfriend lost a lot of weight and had excess skin. It breaks my heart because I love him no matter what but he hates himself so much he's toxic and we can't make it work. Of course I'm simplifying it. Relationships are hard. But I love how living and patience she has been and so has her husband been!!!! So awesome and inspiring.

If you wanna know more of her she has a youtube and she made a video in 2018 that went viral, it was her half a year weight loss journey video and in that she explained that she gained weight in her sophomore year in high school of a sexual assault, and she gained a lot weight to the point that it changed her.
She wanted to lose weight for not just herself but also for her child, she originally wanted a weight loss surgery but they needed a proof of failed stuff so she sighed up for weights watchers and she went from there, never got the surgery :)

I lost 20lbs another 30 and I'll feel pretty good, another 50 after that I'll get to a size 8/10 and be able to wear what I want...I bought new matching bras and panties, got my hair did and make myself up to keep the motivation high...

I've lost 37kg since having my son. I've got 14kg to go to get to a healthy weight of 54kg. I was 105kg, was a size 20 now a size 10-12 i can fit into a small, but wear 12 medium bcoz of the loose skin. I've lost the weight under a year.
