Master cutter! I already noticed the perfect matching of lyrics and images - here you're cutting to the pace of the music. Like I said before, you are not only getting professional at filming and planning, but also editing. Enough with the slime ball praise - go out and walk! 😁 Or are you done for the year?
Thanks for noticing Stefan. It’s laborious to cut every clip in time with music but it’s more satisfying to watch. The lyrics are Adam’s, a great song about an old soldier returning to life after war. Quite fitting for Hadrian’s Wall, and also my own ‘Story’ or journey. Not sure what’s next. How about you?
Here’s the official video of the song, Some Stories. Written, recorded and filmed in the Wolverhampton area (our town). The video was a project by a student at Wolverhampton University and they made a CD single to raise money for Help for Heroes, a UK charity to help former service men and women. 👍 ua-cam.com/video/suovkDLqHf0/v-deo.html
Hi Justin, it's getting quite on YT these months. The Monkeyman has disappeared completely, I hope he's OK. I have a question for you... I am currently investigating options for a walk next year. I think I can manage to squeeze in 7 walking days the end of May. I've looked at the Arran Coastal Path, the Affric Kintail Way and the East Highland Way. Do you have any suggestions? Hope you're well, Stefan
Hi Stefan, Don’t worry, Dan is ok. He’s been working hard all year. Send him a message to say hello. ACP and AKW are both on my list. You saw my EHW vids, a good remote trail. If it’s windy, I would avoid the ACP because the Atlantic winds are very strong. However, there is a ‘Whiting Bay’ on Arran, so I have to visit! Alles Gute, Justin.
@@JustinWhiting9 Thank you Justin. I think I will just book a flight to Glasgow and see how the weather turns out that week 😬 Seems to be ages away, though 🙄 Will send the Monkeyman a message. Frohe Weihnachten 🎄
