What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video I am presenting to you my END GAME Bloodied Gauss Rifle Build Guide! The weapons I am using is the quad Lever Action Rifle. In Fallout 76 this is one of my favorite builds, SO with that being said I decided to make a definitive End game Rifleman build. In this Fallout 76 gameplay we review EVERYTHING! I show you my full build which includes all my Base stats, Legendary Perk Cards and Normal Perk card. I also go over the weapon itself with of course its mods. I personally think this is one of the strongest builds you can make in fallout 76 and it also stops anything in its tracks. Including the Scorch Beast Queen. Just watching this video and the zelda music when you are showing your special cards is wild. Had me cracking up hahah zelda music in a fallout game what a banger
I'm confused..... The SPECIAL numbers in some categories are higher than when you show the base SPECIAL numbers..... i.e. base for Strength is 1 but in your video where you show your cards, Strength is 6
Certain armor weapons mods ect will boost your stats allowing for more
Radicool is a good perk for end that gives a +5 to str. Good for bloodied melee builds or just the point efficiency for carry weight
Other thing is legendary perk cards. They add up to +5 allocatable points to your build for a specific stat
Christ, is every build in this game a VATS thing? Is standard running and gunning without slow motion and transformer costumes just not a thing at endgame?
Because of how fast you can target enemies with vats, gun fu buidling up damage, vats auto aiming for headshots (doubling damage) and crits, Vats tends to be stronger than simply manual aiming. Nothing wrong with just manual aiming though if thats your jam
U losing like 10x damage at least not using vats ...makes no sense huh?

Vats is very good to used
Quad with Bullets Explode is shit. Bloodied with critics damage + VATS = Insta kill lvl 100 Supermutants. Doing over 2000 dmg per shot

Why not use a prime receiver?
Because it’s take a lot more resources to make Prime ammo I don’t make them I will make normal 45 ammo because I can make a lot more 45 than anything else that way he won’t used the prime receiver
What is that mask if anyone knows?
Its the free states resistance helmet, a past atomic shop item
