Loving ourselves is critical to loving others. If you are a parent who is struggling, there is plenty of help for you and your family. Never give up on trying to heal. Even if it looks too hard, keep trying to overcome the negative impact of child abuse and protect your children from intergenerational trauma.

Yes, I was like she’s looks different here. I think it is the lips and teeth. So sad because she was so pretty natural and hate when people lose that about them.
@@cherylnelson9963 nope...just very good make up. If you see her without makeup...she's all natural. Also....she always had very good teeth naturally.

That is the secret to prioritize each other as a couple despite having kids if you don’t, it can tear the marriage apart I know it did for me.
Honestly I believe most people do tell a lot of new parents that they will not have time to shower or to go to the bathroom in peace. But that is so far from reality from what people know when they're not parents that it does not sink in.❤🙃🧡😄💛🙄💚😴💙😁💜

Parenting can be hard but you will always get the hang of it very quickly

Parents do tell parents to be about how much life changes and how HARD being a parent is...but they don't 'hear' it...and of parents truly knew ahead of time how hard it was, there would be far less people in the world.
Try to take daily moments in because you literally blink and they will be grown. I wish I would have truly realized how quickly it all goes by.
I guess no one told you that once you have two kids, you are seriously out numbered! Wait until they start soccer, play dates, gymnastics, soccer, softball, school plays....... and you can't be three places at once! On the other hand, when you are still together and the kids are gone, you get to discover each other all over again! Sometimes, not the best is plenty good enough!

No, it's the make up job, especially overoutling her lips. She's gorgeous and looks gorgeous without a stitch of make up.
