- Shawn Johnson and Andrew East are ready to be a family of four! The couple joins Access Hollywood's Kit Hoover with their 1-year-old daughter, Drew, and share how they're preparing for second-time parenthood. Shawn admits that she and Andrew are "absolutely terrified" but "excited" for another child, and she explains how pregnancy is "completely different" this time around. The Olympic gold medalist also recalls her recovery from Covid-19 and reveals Drew may have had the illness as well. Strange. When I had babies I never worried about if the other kids would like them or be jealous. I think the parents create that.
Please be so careful regarding Covid. When the pandemic began I kept coming across articles now is not the time to be pregnant. Fertility clinics were cancelling appointments due to the unknown effect of the virus. countless stories of sad endings, so be very careful!

Just watched your wedding video. It was the most depressing wedding ceremony I’ve ever witnessed. All the doom and gloom, Jesus stuff, and call for the wife to be subservient to the husband. You two seem much more equal, with Shawn having any upper hand. Shawn, your smile! Andrew, your happiness. After that long and intense introduction to your wedding vows, and your acceptance of all that was said, you two sure as hell better be married for life, or else vows have no meaning.
