I wish someone told me that supplementing with baby formula is absolutely OKAY.
It is OKAY to NOT exclusively breastfeed during a baby’s first few hours of life - especially when a mother’s milk supply hasn’t come in. I wish all new moms can overcome this pressure. FED IS BEST.
What pressure? I bottle fed. I wanted to. End of story. No one can tell me what is right for my situation.

Yeah I had to fortify my milk with formula because I gave birth in a coma. Emergency c section. They pumped me while I was intubated and added formula. They even gave him donated breast milk.

@@kimora9088 i agree with your initial comment, 100%. I was on Prozac when I gave birth to my son back in 2001. My obgyn told me not long at all before my due date that I wouldn't be able to breastfeed because of the Prozac. If I had had ANY CLUE WHATSOEVER how vital breastmilk was for my baby, you better believe I would have stopped taking Prozac right then and there and not started back until after he had at least been able to breast feed for a little bit - at least a little bit. Any is better than none at all. I just wish I had been better educated about everything.... anytime the subject of breastfeeding (and its importance) comes up, I feel such extreme guilt and remorse for what I feel I robbed my children of.

To me, she looks enthralled and interested in a stable life with him but he doesn't look excited, and happy, and in love. He looks like an appreciative father that's slightly apprehensive about his future as a Hollywood family man. He looks like he's in the relationship for the child. I think he wanted to be a biological dad before he was middle-aged and since his previous partner that he was head over heels for and excited about and serious about declined to bare his child at the time, he settled for what came up next in his DM's. He looks like he feels settled, done with being a playboy, and wants to be the best father he can while also having memories of who he used to be and what he thought he was going to have. It's nice to see him more humbled and secure in who he is in his personal life, but also sad because you can tell he carries regrets and lessons that he didn't want to learn. ...I've been obsessed with Wilmer since I was 7. I never thought he was gross or a bad guy. When I was older I was there through his bad-boy, tough-guy phase and was disappointed to realize he was just as human as every other guy even though he looked like prince charmimg. I also realized it wasn't particularly normal to find someone that much older attractive. Whatever the cause, he seems like he may turn out to be a lot less socially problematic than most guys. He's also extremely intelligent so hopefully he can remain mature and have a personal life that's as successful as his professional life.

Congrats! My parents just took us everywhere but my mom said we slept 10 hours no matter when we went to bed. They never did their schedule around baby. 😜 Their grandkids do not sleep in if they go to bed later though.

Yes, you control the home and make boundaries but also listen to the baby, there’s a reason for every sound coming from that child. You’re confused.
