it's alarming how many people on here don't understand that all meat was harvested. We as a hunting community should work on how we present ourselves. That messaging is not all our fault, but it's important to remember.
Well people are overreacting, it is the internet. I've never had a problem with animals getting shot with a gun and killed humanely. The only thing i find a bit more taboo is bow or spear hunting. Which feels a bit brutal, but that is just what i think. Either way a lot of hunters still has a lot of respect for the animals.
@@XDXD-tt1bd agree. bow, spear, blowgun hunting all kind of piss me off. all for this though! quick, relatively painless or totally with the right shot. people who are anti-hunting often don't understand that the meat is being harvested MUCH more ethically than what they may or may not buy from their local grocery store, lol.

Thanks for taking us along on such an awesome hunt! Would love to know what pack you had and recommend, and if your KUIU gear is really worth the cost! Thanks!
We've found a lot of success with the exo mountain gear packs. Most of us have ran the pack for awhile starting with the K2 frame and then upgraded to the K3 shortly after it came out. We were running the exo mountain gear k3 4800 on this trip. Simple, durable, and allow us to carry loads over 100lbs comfortably (if thats even a thing 😜). On the Kuiu gear - Yes, if you are going to be in remote areas for long periods of time or even just simply backpack hunting. If you're just taking day trips and coming back to a truck every day maybe not so much.
Just curious what did you guys do with the animal's dead body? Did you take the meat home? Or you buried it there?..I know nothing about hunting so just wanted to know what people do with it after they shot it. Thanks!
