    From the breathtaking Alaskan landscape to the excitement of the hunt, every moment is captured perfectly. The dedication and teamwork involved in getting those two impressive bulls in just two days is incredible.

    it's alarming how many people on here don't understand that all meat was harvested. We as a hunting community should work on how we present ourselves. That messaging is not all our fault, but it's important to remember.

      Well people are overreacting, it is the internet. I've never had a problem with animals getting shot with a gun and killed humanely. The only thing i find a bit more taboo is bow or spear hunting. Which feels a bit brutal, but that is just what i think. Either way a lot of hunters still has a lot of respect for the animals.

      @@XDXD-tt1bd agree. bow, spear, blowgun hunting all kind of piss me off. all for this though! quick, relatively painless or totally with the right shot. people who are anti-hunting often don't understand that the meat is being harvested MUCH more ethically than what they may or may not buy from their local grocery store, lol.

      @@lylevaltz9307 animals that are hit with arrows and spears have a much higher chance of dying… as for blowguns… animals most of the time can’t feel that they got hit, which is why many run a second or two after getting hit and then coming to a stop because they didn’t realise that they got hit

    So I have a question, when you kill the animal what do you exactly do? Cut it into the parts that you will take home and then move it to another place so animals don't hopefully it and the rest of the body stays for other animals to eat or you do something else? I'm not a hunter and where I'm from for all ik it gets taken away whole with a car/tractor or whatever else

    • @talltimberproductions
      @talltimberproductions  4 роки тому +6

      We've found a lot of success with the exo mountain gear packs. Most of us have ran the pack for awhile starting with the K2 frame and then upgraded to the K3 shortly after it came out. We were running the exo mountain gear k3 4800 on this trip. Simple, durable, and allow us to carry loads over 100lbs comfortably (if thats even a thing 😜). On the Kuiu gear - Yes, if you are going to be in remote areas for long periods of time or even just simply backpack hunting. If you're just taking day trips and coming back to a truck every day maybe not so much.

    English: Absolutely stunning scenery and trophies! As a hunter, I can only give the video a Dislike. Absolutely miserable shooting in the crappiest situations. This has absolutely nothing to do with responsible and respectful hunting. In Germany, These hunters would never been invited to a hunt again.
    Deutsch: Geniale Kulisse und traumhaft schöne Trophäen. Die Situationen wo zum Schuss angetragen wurde war absolut miserabel geschweige denn die Präzision des Schützen. Wenn einer in Deutschland so auf ein edles Stück Hochwild „ballern“ würde, wäre der nie wieder zur Jagd eingeladen worden. Das hat nichts mit einer waidgerechten Jagd zu tun.

      @@TheMerlinmk19 ... you know you're talking about a hunting video? You ever been shot at by a caribou dumbass? It's our responsibility as hunters to be humane, that means waiting for clean shots.

    Great video, was this off Skilak Lake? I hunted that area back in 2016 we went in on horse back and I got a nice bull. Nice work men!

      @@bajohnnie that shot at 1:07 shows exactly where they are. I've been e-scouting the area for about a year planning our next inland Black Bear / Caribou hunt. Great video guys, I appreciate the grit it takes for a hunt like these! Keep them coming.

    Been hunting for a bit over a year. Still not sure about if/why camo is useful/important. Half the time I see someone taking an animal, he's not wearing camo.
