So I have a question, when you kill the animal what do you exactly do? Cut it into the parts that you will take home and then move it to another place so animals don't hopefully it and the rest of the body stays for other animals to eat or you do something else? I'm not a hunter and where I'm from for all ik it gets taken away whole with a car/tractor or whatever else

That buck at 13mins rubbing his glands together was so cool.. and the little guy marking up a tree after the standoff too!! Theres so much that can only be learned by sitting in a stand until your brain melts!! 😂👌 Did you happen to age him and get results yet? I got an 8.5yr old buck last year and he looks very similar!! Nothing is cooler than a blacktail of that age

What State ? Great Hunt! Great Buck! Congats !!!! You got a good Taxidermist for blacktail ? I got a huge 2x2 that the cape got ruined by my first taxidermist , took it to a second one (great mounts on his shop Moreno Valley California, and brought to him a second blacktail cape stayed with him till he skined the head till "9 PM " When he called me for pick up 1 yr latter i noticed he used a big northern whitetail cape on it and ruined it. I did not said anything it was already paid for 100 % The mount is as big as a redstag and the antlers look tiny. Then a second one that is been in the family for over 30 yrs and needs remount. Looking for someone reliable and who's proud on what he does. The original taxidermist is disabled. 15 yrs ago i got a nice antelope and it took me 6 years to recover the horns and not the cape from another taxidermist in Lewistown Montana. I just got bad luck on this people.
