      Do not use hot filling...it makes the hat soggy

    I followed the shell recipe exactly and I waited over an hour but it is not sticking to the tool that I dipped in hot oil with excess oil removed with paper towel. What happened? Help!

    Ughhh I live in France and I recently got my hands on a pai tee mould on Amazon France? Anyway, I am now frantically looking for senkuang and can’t seem to find it anywhere 😭

      U can get the mould at shops selling chinas...plates & bowls....if u stay in Malaysia of cos. Elsewhere...sorry i dont know.

    My biggest worry about this gorgeous pastry shells is that by the time I serve them the pastry will be soggy. Am I right? What and how do I deal with this? I made the shells and these are great for 2 people but for a party you have to invest a lot of time 😂😂 to feed a crowd. 🎄🇬🇧🎄 Maria
