    You're a life saver. I love you. Now I don't have to wait for Hari Raya to eat peanut sauce at someone else's house, lol. It's hard to find authentic Malaysian peanut sauce around here, but now I can make it myself because your recipe is so easy. Thank you!

    Love it! Thanks for the video. One tips to share, to get rid of peanut skin ,we can also lightly fry it pour it on a towel n rub and roll the nuts. Its faster n less work.

    I live in the U.S. and i" ve been watching your vids for quite a while now and i must say i get hungry just by watching you cook all those lovely and great dishes. i crave malaysian food soooo bad that i decided to take a trip back to home last year. i really had a blast eating all those great and wonderful cuisine of malaysia. i just can"t wait to take another trip back . anyways thanks for your videos.keep those vids coming..

      @@tamaravidal8514 it's normal dried chilli. Soak it with hot water first. You could also replace it with chilli paste to make it easier.

    I really miss having Malaysian food once in a while. When I was a child, I remember going to a Malaysian styled restaurant and I loved eating the Roti Canai with the peanut sauce and the Katay. It was really good and washing it down with a refreshing coconut water with the flesh on the side made it wonderful.

    I am watching your video while cooking your recipe. i just tried your peanut sauce. and it taste very good. i had a hard time looking for this kind of Recipe as for we have a poor tolerance with coconut milk. your Satay and Peanut Sauce taste Perfectly good.

    Satay sauce..back when I was in the university in US, a M'sian friend bbq some chicken marinated with some lemon grass and other spices..the sauce for the chicken was satay sauce..my goodness it was really good, reminded me of home.

    Just love love watching you present the recipe...I am ADDICTED to your dimples! I am not able to cook much Chinese food...the only grocery store selling Asian stuff has closed down in my town in Canada..shall do this sauce anyways,,must find a new grocery store!

    WOW......thank you sooo much for sharing. I made this sauce today but i only used one chilli (more would have been too much for me)......IT IS AWESOME! I lived in Malaysia (Kota Kinabalu and Sunway) for 10+ years ans I love Satay! To be sepcific Satay with an Avocado Shake at the beach!

    Hi! Love your recipes and will try this too. In India peanut is used in lots of dishes. We generally roast and rub the nuts between clothes and the peanuts are cleaned. Will try your recipe.

    Great video. What is the actual difference between the palm sugar and the white sugar? I am planning on making this and if there is a significant, noticeable difference to the end product then I will seek out palm sugar, if not then I'll just use white. Thankyou :)

    Excellent and beyond appetizing, definitely inspiring to see if I can top my store bought import standard- that being AYAM Peanut Satay in a can, anyone who has tried it knows it is quite good but I'm sure this is even better!

    Dear..other's alternative to remove the skin of peanut. after fried leave them to cool for a while then you 'ramas' them. (same way to get the coconut)i think it's better plus 'jimat masa'.. :)
