One of the worst things about this… is when the accused has so much faith in the system that they’re like “I know they’re going to get me to jail and quickly realize that I’m innocent”…. So they don’t fight the way they should or lawyer up before talking… that’s so messed up.
Habeas corpus the right to face ones accuser(s)? In a non DNA, wrongful identification, faulty evidence, planted evidence, faulted case; the accuser should then be investigated. As for how the system goes: the innocent remain innocent until proven guilty? and when innocence is maintained or is restored, a celebration should take place since in a free society civilization, you would think freedom and innocence would be celebrated?
This is good program. I like watching a program that goes through a process and the outcome. I dislike watching documentaries that leave me wondering if the person came though it ok or where is the individual today?

Prosecutors, detectives, judges and police do not like to admit they were wrong regardless of false evidence, lying witnesses, bad forensics and improper police investigations.

You’d think this would common sense Right? I don’t think that is unreasonable. That seems like bare minimum police work.
