Corrupt Prosecutors are one of the worst forms of corruption.

Until prosecutors are forced to hand over "all" evidence or be severely punished the system will never be fixed

WOW , the system is so corrupt to da core , no wonder there are many thousands of innocent people that should not be in prison.

Prosecutorial Immunity? There are many many examples of horrible crime in not only this country but in the entire world! However, I really don’t believe there is any crime in the world more egregious than a law enforcement officer or prosecutor responsible for taking a person they know is not guilty of a crime and stealing them away from their families and loved ones and making them go live in a cage in a horrible place for the rest of their lives. How in the world can one human being do that to another? There is one absolutely sure fired way to make sure that never happens again in our system, “any officer or prosecutor who is found guilty of this crime must be made to go live in the same cage for the same length of time that the innocent person has served, with no early parole”!

Parole is only pushing the prison walls out. They going to try and get you back in, super strict rules and zero room for error. System needs a do over in many aspects. Crazy to think it's worse around the world.

I agree. Mainstream media is run by a small handful of mega corporations with media "brands" under said mega corporation umbrellas. This happened over the past 20 plus years thanks to the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

Two clear cases wherein the prosecution failed the judicial system. How will they pay for that?

That's definitely not cool locking up an innocent man. And the murderer goes as free as a bird. Those cops ought to work in Stuart, Florida. They would get along just fine. They could make up their own laws as they go along.

The professional families have become rich and millionaires by causing poverty, suffering and death. The prisons and jails are filled with innocent people, generating fines, fees and resources, and establishing reputations, for sworn seditious criminal police, lawyers, judges and administrators. Sedition, undermining and destroying the legitimate government, from within, is a capital crime that merits the capital punishment. This applies also to those who suborn, facilitate, cover-up or stand idly-by or harbour such criminals from justice. There is no statute of limitations for prosecution, no immunity to prosecution and no applicable mitigating circumstances. Their ability to commit such crime and escape prosecution indicates the scope and reach of the corruption and destruction of the legitimate government. Roll out the guillotines and line them up in order of their titles, ranks, certificates, salaries, benefits, bonuses, profits and dividends - and give me a call.

@TheJRMeadows this is why the innocence project and aclu were actively trying to make the statute of limitations much shorter, so that courts would help quicker in proving someone's innocence instead of waiting 20 years
