True crime novel book project I am currently hard at work trying to publish a true crime novel which I have written regarding the out of control police corruption in the state of Alaska which has directly affected me and has had a major impact on my life and the lives of many other innocent people in the state of Alaska. I have been stalked, tormented, set up, framed, falsely accused, poisoned, attacked and even had evidence planted in my home by law-enforcement in North Pole Alaska and during the winter of 2018 I found myself dating a woman who was a police informant (a plant) and one evening on January 11 2019 this woman and her state policeman (handler) followed me around town and waited until I was at a convenience store where he had her jump in to my vehicle and dump a massive quantity of crystal meth into my soda, I saw this take place and when I ran out of the store they had already left, I followed them across town to a location where they met up with other officers, I pulled up behind them and attempted to get their license plates but I could not remember them, I did however positively ID my girlfriend sitting in the passenger side of a black Jeep Wrangler, there was nothing I could do and at the time I did not know what she had done inside my vehicle and I quickly drank my soda and left but about 20 minutes later I began overdosing and swerved into a store parking lot where I asked the store clerk to call for help, within minutes I was in the back of an ambulance fighting for my life overdosing. I tried to talk to the staff at the hospital and ask them for police assistance and was ignored, I tried reporting this with no success to multiple law-enforcement agencies including internal affairs, umbudsman, attorneys and civil rights groups, including countless posts on social media with no luck at locating anyone who seems to care or were able to help, (I seem to only end up on the phone with undercover agents) since then my life has been a roller coaster ride of surveillance, intimidation, torments. I’ve been under surveillance by more law enforcement agencies across the country that I can think of as well as had my rights violated on a continual basis even up to this present day I am still being hounded and tormented and even threatened by these people in more ways than I could mention to maintain their coverup and keep hidden any evidence against them, I live in constant fear of retaliation by them and never know when or how they will retaliate to stop me from telling the world my story this along with other similar experiences as well as my life in Alaska will all be going in my book which will be published asap, Please invest in a copy of my book to help tell my story to the world, there’s more to the story than just me, there are the innocent lives of people falsely accused and wrongly imprisoned all over Alaska who were thrown in jail and falsely accused by the same crew of corrupt police officers, please help me take up this fight and help me tell my story, All I need is for others to care and care about what happened to me and the many others who are falsely imprisoned as well as your own rights which are at risk if this is not exposed and dealt with! Thank you for taking the time to read this God bless you all my fellow Americans.

I salute these two reporters. Best example of local journalism I've seen in decades. And I worked as a newspaper reporter in an Indiana county with a similar experiences. Two consecutive sheriffs were arrested while in office. Our newspaper had no role in those arrests, and neither sheriff did anything approaching the seriousness of this Whitley County goon. As reporter there, I faced down intimidation from officials and never yielded, but the courage of Adam and Samantha is heroic. I don't know if I could have held together under all that.

Two reporters did what the Feds said they couldn't do, find information/evidence of corruption. Two reporters did something, the Feds just took their paychecks and went home. There is so much corruption the Feds don't have time to run it all down. It is corrupt to not do your job also.
@@hlloyd-fs4uf dont know the full story but reporters arent limited by the same rules and regulations so dont be so quick to judge. Ita possible they found evidence, in the wrong way, that they was forced to ignore due to how they found it. Point is, dont judge so quickly.
@A K the fed said they'd been trying to catch the guy for a long time but couldn't, because he was "untouchable". The reporters just looked at the evidence logs vs cases....something the feds had full access to. It was probably just a matter of time either way, but still

@Jen Lemmelin the victim? The victim is the system, ethics, citizens who bought drugs from a police officer.. all victims right there. You dont need a dead person to put someone away for nasty corruption of authority. So much so that you had an entire town and its ppl under a tight leash.. even caught trying to drop a hit on the two exposers. When the authorities tried to get evidence he refused to allow them in the search.. This is big. So victim? Yeah try the who town.
@Jen Lemmelin yeah definitely.. I once had issues with heroin myself. Instead of being sent to rehab police would illegally search my pockets evem thought [I swear] I did no hand off. Literally just left the house and was walking towards the deli just to have Freeport police say "Were gonna need identification right now". Me: only if I committed a crime and are under arrest, otherwise NO. long story short they were dirty like most cops. Yes i had something on me but they had no reason to believe I did cus i JUST WOKE UP n walked outside. It's illegal to demand ID from random passerbys minding their own business. You cann9t just say "Man my drug charges are low. Anyone walking on this street is getting searched automatically. Idc if they did nothing wrong, everyone is getting searched so I can get my drug convicti9j numbers up".that is NOT good police work, that is police fishing. Theyre getting 100k+ per year just to sit on a corner and harass people. NO! NO MORE! You're suppose to be saving people, not harassing us. We're giving you our tax dollars so you can harass us with it. Anyways this cop was nasty with his 3 buddies. He was watching me in the past so he knew i have a girlfriend who he would ask disgusting questions about.. first he forcefully searched me without reasonable cause and found my stuff, arrested me and them while cuffed in the back seat would say very nasty sexual things about my gf. His 2 other goon buddies laughed at what he was saying as if he was funny. He wasn't, just very nasty and insulting so he said "You think Mary would go for an older guy like me?".. I noticed a wedding ban on his finger so I repiled "Idk what would your WIFE think about you going with her".. this little piggy turned bright pink and assaulted me yelling DONT YOU EVER EVER EVER TALK ABOUT MY WIFE. YOU DONT GET TO DO THAT. His buddies tried to flip it on me like I messed up not him by saying "Ughh hey you know you kinda messed up right? You cant say stuff like that and expect to not get hit. You spoke about the man's wife you know.. that's a no-no". I repiled: yeaaah but he could talk about the things he wants to do to my gf right? I didn't even say anything innaproperate or nasty. All I said was what would your WIFE think.. but it's good to see how America works.. only you tyrants have the right to be nasty and break the law while we should know our place and pay you to abuse us verbally and physically. You're literally facist, telling me how you could insult me while I need to shut my mouth and take it or I'll be abused. Why even be cops? Should of just joined a mob if you wanted to be corrupt. Abusive Cop: ENOUGH!! YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH.. YOU DONT LIKE THIS COUNTRY THEN LEAVE.. Me: I love this country,, just believe criminals like you should be behind bars so we can all be free. Abusive Cop: Keep talking.. see how it'll work out for you.. [After that he stopped addressing me so there was nothing more to talk about] But yes we need cops but they must be supervised and held accountable for their actions. This whole lazy sitting on corners searching random people is illegal. This whole push my weight around demanding things go my way needs to stop. There needs to be non biased workers who review police dashcams and bodycams everyday making sure they a trend corrupt. No more cops covering up cop crimes. Not right, we pay them to mess with us.. gonna stop.
Journalists aren't confined to the same rules as law enforcement. They don't have to follow all of the same procedures, and they don't need warrants. The taped interview is one example.
Everywhere in America, from the smallest towns to the largest cities desperately need a team of Shannon and Adam because this country is rapidly dying.
And that young man should NOT be unemployed, I'm sure he's found work by now from that long ago but some news organization should have been scrambling to hire such a solid young person with his integrity....PERIOD. Getting speechless about this country.
@trey Loc: They're actually not snitches. Snitches are folks who are caught up in criminal activity and tell on others to get a reduced sentence when they get caught. Law abiding citizens are not true snitches. For example: Let's say your mother's house got broken into and items stolen, would you consider your mom a snitch (who I presume has never been in trouble before) if she reported the burglary?!.....
You know how the penalties are doubled when you speed in a work zone?..... they should be tripled for police who break the law in their official capacity. Where a normal citizen gets a year behind bars, they should get three for abusing their power.
I went to high school with Adam, we worked on the school newspaper together. He was a cool guy. I remember seeing this when it aired and being both sad that my hometown had this kind of corruption but also proud that someone was able to expose it, even at great cost. Adam, if you read this, hope you are doing well, wishing you the best of luck in everything!!
@America First Not to mention Reagan who started a CIA run cocaine ring to support contras when Congress said no. Don't forget Bush n Cheney who started a war in Afghanistan to get heroine back online and another in Iraq to steal oil.
@America First In my town in Texas the Sherriff got caught by ICE smuggling illegal immigrants across the border. He was reelected in a landslide by the Republican voters.
That is the coolest 20 year old ever. Brought down an entire branch of corrupt police. Scared off two hitmen. Then he highroads the ending like a complete champ. Awesome
Right! And the seasoned vet said that the only reason they couldn’t get him was because he opened up to them in that interview.. man he needs to stop it, they got them because he sophisticated investigative research that they were too lazy to do
It’s funny how they said that the city investigators couldn’t find the info the 2 news reporter found, it’s like well duh, the city investigator works for the sheriff.
Fear is a very real thing in a little town and when you add addiction to fear it leads to very closed ranks. One hand washes the other if you get my drift! Someone's comment hit the nail on the head, where there's one dirty person there always more that are just a little bit less important. I hope that young man is still carrying his gun.
"Kids with pens & notebook did what seasoned officers couldn't do". COUGH! _COULDN'T??_ COUGH! COUGH! More like seasoned officers _REFUSED_ to do till that had no choice.
The sheriff was not only corrupt but arrogant. He felt he was untouchable to a couple of young kids, let his guard down then realized too late that they WERE a danger to his illegal activities and his freedom was at stake. A dirty cop who's also a agency head has the power to stifle investigations and control people that's why outside state and federal agencies couldn't get him. His circle around him out of loyalty and fear wouldn't give him up.
@@CeeMKE yeah it's super easy to point the finger at one man (which he is guilty) but no one gets to become that big and that untouchable on their own. There are way more people hiding behind the curtain who helped make him the big bad boss he became in exchange for their own backing or corrupt overlook blindness. It's sad because if he wasn't a cop the police would be one by one dragging out all the nasties one by one for the whole legal system to slam like cockroaches hiding behind walls being smoked out with Raid. But like Always, if he's a cop caught dead to rights they'd just take him and hold him as the face to the corruption and ignore the rest. Give him a light sentance which normally should be 30 to life. Our system is broken.
@@CeeMKE guarantee many ppl came out reporting him to his own peers and superiors (which unfortunately is the only way to expose an officer's misconduct. File Report to HIS/HER OWN station so they THEIR OWN ppl can investigate him or her), and I guarantee you they'd just crumple up the report, pay a visit to the person reporting him and if they didn't dispose of that person well that person would be walking on eggshells after that visit. This is why this who reporting to the same or any police station NEEDS to end. Should be a board of civilian with no ties to police who will investigate officers. Also I think all cops need to be insured. Everytime a police officers misconduct is PROVEN their monthly premiums go up. If they continue to swear at innocent civilians at traffic stops, give attitudes, threaten for no reason other than a civilian asked your your badge number or warrant (again his or her premiums go up and up and up until they'll have to pay more monthly in insurance cost than their own salary) which means they'll be paying to be a cop. Also when they murdered someone, do brutality, or anything that the victims awarded financial reward for, that victim should be paid thru that officers insurance and not us tax payers, makes no sense. Why should we be punished for some mental case cop? Also allowing bad cops to avoid being fired by resigning needs to end as well. When they resign they go to the next county and apply for a job and become a cop over there. We can't do that, why can they?
Ever notice that on the video's where the cops are being arrested, they lock up and fight the handcuffing part? It is so ironic how they slap those on people's wrists day in and day out, but when it comes time to get them placed on their wrists, they absolutely freak out worse than anyone they ever beat half to death that was trying to keep from getting put in handcuffs. Irony in the first degree.
Justin Pulliam investigated a chief & city manager in Leon Valley, Tx and things changed. However he's quitting, not enough support, threats, no job offers as an investigative journalist. This type of investigative work is dangerous "in this day and age" - no pun intended.
Samantha is the kind of reporter we think of when we day dream of being a journalist. She's an investigator fighting to expose injustice, not looking for cheap stories or to push politics.
Its sad because let it have been a black guy it would not been 15years for these serious charges it would of been 500yrs & up. White privilEge he got off just at yrs only wow ! For drugs charges alone they start 50 yrs.to 100 alone they give for the other serious charges as well high sentences & he gets of just .15 yrs. only wow! There's proof the system is rigged just for blacks. You can never lie to me & tell me this is not true period.
Probably because there are still many old friends and collaborators of the Sheriff, and corrupt officials and business people still in the area, who don't want him anywhere near them. His loyalty is commendable, but he will have to leave to have any future. Maybe Robert Mueller could use an extra pair of hands?
Probably something involving his boss ...I mean hiring someone with no experience but tons of other people experience applying for the same job yeah him and boss had something going on
Eric Salem: don't be daft...there were and are many good reporters worldwide, who do "real journalism" even under life-threatening conditions. Maybe they don't fit your right-wing perspective of the world we are living in.
There are many good reporters doing real journalism. Many times when people read things that don't agree with what they think they believe the reporting is wrong. Thats why the wrong doers tell you not to believe what you read, see, and hear, they call it fake news. The people doing wrong don't want you to believe the truth being reported on

Dan M. Bagley But anyone can be elected by the people as sheriff in the US? As long as you`re not convicted of anything in the past? And do they need a formal background? Not really sure how this works...
Just like the chief of police in Boston, anyone, off the street can be elected if enough people vote. Law enforcement experience need not apply. It's weird, but each state has different laws and regulations. It used to be, back in "the old west" any old joe schmoe could be sheriff if enough people wanted it, and appears in some places to be the same.
Yeah, all the ATF is good at is rolling up on families with 20 vehicles, armed to the teeth, with riot gear to arrest a father who pushed an activist away from his 12 year old son. The law in Philly said the father didn't do anything wrong, the person filed a civil case against the father and then didn't bother to show up. But, the ATF rolls up with 20 vehicles and 25-30 agents dressed in riot gear, armed with rifles after the father volunteered to turn himself in and now is charged with felonies. Good job.

Damn, a reporter had to pull a gun out. This guy is my hero.
This sheriff was fitted up he is innocent simple. No law enforcement are corrupt they took a oath so they are completely innocent and never do wrong

[After that he stopped addressing me so there was nothing more to talk about]
But yes we need cops but they must be supervised and held accountable for their actions. This whole lazy sitting on corners searching random people is illegal. This whole push my weight around demanding things go my way needs to stop. There needs to be non biased workers who review police dashcams and bodycams everyday making sure they a trend corrupt. No more cops covering up cop crimes. Not right, we pay them to mess with us.. gonna stop.

COUGHT!
Couldn't, wouldn't; same result.

@@thomasjonson5865 hahahahaahahahahah aha
Good job.
The real story is how smart this Kentucky boy is.
Are you suggesting that intelligence is a rarity in Kentucky? Country boys & gals have better survival skills, more common sense and dedication to hard work than anyone I’ve ever met from around the country. I would comsider that pretty smart.
That’s the real story 🤷♂️
Michael Puckett well he’s not a boy
Bill miller this isn’t 12000 bc. “Survivor skills” will not help you in your future careers
I believe he the Sheriff gave Mitch McConnell a large Donation and Mitch gave the W.H Germ a Con.
476 Anno Domini “Survival skills” surely will help you. You have to know how to work people over, how to read people, and how to trick people into doing what you want without them knowing
Those two young journalists have balls of steel. SALUTE!
Collier Todd Hageman he's better than main stream media for sure.
Mad solution to you people...😕😒🙃
Funny cops are considered heroes for just being a cop two cizitens take down dangerous corrupt heroes and they are not even given a pat on the back for being heroic by the FBI for what they did something very wrong with our justice system scary.
Todd Hageman no they’re young and ignorant
"150k is alot of money"
"the rest of your life is alot of time"
flap jack The guy ask him the question knows da well he would've paid that money to LOL
Anyone that’s done any real time would of taken that deal 10/10. Money comes and goes. Time in prison is time you never can get back.
Flap jack that's how much I I payed in child support. My kids were 16 n 17 CSS RETORGRADED BACK 7 YEARS. its only money
😂😂😂😂😂
dude hit the nail on the head. it's true and sad at the same time.
I'm from uk these two reporters did a fantastic job this is real true reporting for truth not like a lot of today's reporters fake news we need more like these two all over the world reporting the truth real journalism
There's a whole bunch of his type everywhere around the country.
Exactly
Mostly In The South.
@Cole J Ritter oh ok ...U tryna say blue states are parasites?
Yes there is.an very scary.sick
The sad backstory here is that local papers are closing throughout this country. No one is subscribing or buying their local papers. Once the local papers are gone who will hold accountable local law enforcement and local politicians? The internet? Bwahahahahaha
JeffRebornNow It's true. Saw an interview with the guy who wrote The Wire. Started covering local council meetings. Might not be glamorous but keeps an eye on local cops & politicians.
Westplains mo. The daily quill is doing good
Perhaps you should support them at the same time online outlets outside of the mainstream, bloggers, UA-cam etc could help too. Remember the bike lock attacker? 4chan found him as they did every single thing Shia le bouef tried and ruined it.
We the people
The New York Times Bahaha
These people make me proud of our young folks.
A corrupt cop brought down by a lady whose last name is Swindler. I love it! :)
@Phil Ill Yeah, but I'll bet it opened some doors for him.
That's funny!
@Jason Carlson Madoff with your money
@Phil Ill y did he get fired, i missed that part.
@Phil Ill tbey dont ssy he got fired
"Whitley co. A bunch of people came together and cleaned it up."
That is what I will think. I like that kid, I hope he goes far.
He was saying it, as I read your comment. Perfect.
That is a fantastic way of looking at this now @Gilhelmi ! I was thinking that guy was pretty great myself and should go far in life. This sure gave him a very good start.
I’d honestly marry that man in a heart beat! Lol
15 years. Regular ppl get that for 1 gun and 1 bag. You and me would be under the jail with those charges. Law enforcement should be held to a higher standard
Joe Cool
All of them LEA members get a SPECIAL TREATMENT. No Doubt. Cop RAPES a child, he is sent home on an administrative LEAVE with PAY until INTERNAL AFFAIR completes their INVESTIGATION which could be 6 months to a year. lol... You and me do the same, we would be IMMEDIATELY ARRESTED, CHARGED, BOOKED AND THROWN IN JAIL until the court date. Then ONLY TO BE LABELED as a SEX-OFFENDER for LIFE. LOL...
joe cool agreed ☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼!
joe cool but regular people get plea deals to so I disagree with your statement, now if he would of went to trial he would of got a very lengthy sentence.
PUT HIM IN PRISON AN TELL EVERYONE THAT HE IS A. COP.
Great job from those two journalists ...specially from Adam for being so young and fearless!
The dynamic duo, those 2 journalists are no joke!
Very impressive!
Yes, they are like the pesky reporters Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, the Washington Post reporters whose headline stories on the burgeoning Watergate scandal forced Richard Nixon to become the first U.S. president to resign while still in office.
Absolutely love this kind of journalism. Outstanding work by both of them.
What is this young, corageous, smart kid doing unemployed??? Get out of that small hole and move to a bigger place, the world needs people like you!
Whitley County needed him and they have him. Your big city isn't the "world." There's far more small towns than there are big cities. Not very worldly are you?
Adam you're a good-hearted, talented, trusted, honorable and handsome! Please don't get into politics!!😟
Employers are probably scared to hire this kid. They might end-up going to jail themselves. We live in a corrupt world- very few good people are left and he's one of them.
No, our small towns need these ppl DESPERATELY!!
If they go to the biger places they will certainly be killed
@@michaelkovtuschenko2206 so, the land of the "free and the home of the brave" is an illusion?? ❤
Bravo! This was 11 years ago, and with the rise of 1st Amendment Auditors, we have saw a change starting to take place. Now we need police reform. Also, we know that an independent team needs to be formed, to audit every city and towns public officials.
A couple great kids doing risky work. Very remarkable.
Thanks to this young man the truth came out. He cared about his community and the people who lived there. His character and bravery was amazing. Does his Parents proud I found this story helped my faith in mankind.
He should run for Sherrif
They need to put more bad cops in jail and things would change starting at 25 years and more
Can we get a bill passed for this....a minimum of 25 years?
The dirty cops should have to be charged double and they shouldn't be sent to a different prison or jail than all the other criminals.
Put them ALL in jail, and it would change RIGHT NOW.
As a former correctional deputy, I held myself to a higher standard while I was there. LE who break the law should be judged and sentenced to at least double the time anyone else would be hit with.
that sherrif should have got the chair and set an example of cops who break the law like that
Thank you for your service and your response. I was lucky to have met a large group of officers, just like you. And what is happening to me has been a total surprise.
Thank you, sincerely.
George Burkhardt ok not the chair that’s a little much.
Leave it to Keanu Reeves to he the voice of reason. God damn you Keanu you ageless beacon of morality.
"You never pull a gun unless you're ready to use it". Adam was about that life
Adam is absolutely right. You don't pull out your gun unless you're absolutely going to exercise the deadly force it's made for. Faking will get you killed.
