We have one of these. Our third High Country, this one being a 2024 with an 8’ box. Adaptive cruise control is a trip and new from our last one which was a 2020. It’s a beast and a great truck. The High Country comes with the Z package, always has. Blessings!
8:10 you can hear Tony Stark building his suit in the background
The only pickup truck I want to afford one.
GM needs to upgrade a few things on luxury trucks. (1) adjustable pedals, (2) power adjusting steering tilt / telescoping (3) more seat control options. Then copy Rams center console
It looks so cool. Maybe you should use this truck for work
Look how big that thing is. You probably need a ladder just to check the oil. Might not be able to go in the drive through or mcdonald's.
Bigger is better...americans loves that 😂
Yes, you do need a ladder, or stand on the tire. I checked mine yesterday and i had to stand on the tire. 600 miles, oil was fine. Time will tell.
I'm 6'6, so I'm good with an oil check
Lol I drove a dually with a trailer through a burger king drive through in my granddad’s 3500. You’ll be all right.

Ben, the Chevy is the equivalent of a loaded Ford Lariat. The Platinum and Limited have many additional options not in the High Country. So compare the Lariat instead. I think you’ll find closer on prices.
The high country and the Denali Ultimate should not be compared to each other, they are not equals. The problem is that Chevrolet doesn't have a competitor for the Denali Ultimate or the Ford Limited. It's more equivalent to the Ford Platinum, GMC Denali, and that's weak comparison too.
The high country is more a SLT+ than Denali, but i love my high country and like the way it looks better. Not a fan of the fender marker lights. Also i didnt get the roof markers.
@@jamesjohns4464 I have always looked GMC looks more than Chevrolet, but the 2024 HD Silverados look a lot better than the GMCs.
8 to 10 year loans are gonna be the new norm with those prices.
I just got the GMC Denali 2024 3500HD ultimate delivered to my house should be here in a few days can’t wait!
I plan to buy one! You have switched me from a Ram to the High Country!
Ben please keep the beard. I love the 2024 Silverado HD's IFS is a game changer if you want to have more comfortable ride on longer road trips when not towing.
I'm first. Also, this is the best truck in the world. If aliens arrived and wanted to conquer Earth, as soon as they saw this truck, they'd realize we're the best in the universe at building trucks and they'd get back in their rocket ship and leave. P.S. I think I had a couple too many energy drinks today.
Yes it's a great deal agree with u
That startup chime sounds like a BMW or Mercedes chime. Sounds cool though😂
Isn't Chevy getting sued for the transmission That's In thisVehicle? Also something About Their high pressure fuel system going bad, Really Quick! Just an observation .😊
I like that the high country brake controller is mounted next to the push button start. GMC Denali has is on the console below the arm rest/storage, not a great design. Price wise the high country wins. GMC is offering late in the year color Downpour Metallic Blue, that color looks incredible. Chevrolet has Lakeshore Metallic Blue. Color is not so hot
wow why does it seem the 2024 msrps are way lower than 23
Serious truck but the price is crazy
Nice truck. Thought the high country came with the blue interior Though. Still a nice truck.
It does, it’s just an option
@@gavin7225 that's what I figured.
They offer black, black and blue, and black and brown in the High Country
Agree, chevy is best deal going....have a 23 model....and yeah it is a big truck
Doesn't drive nearly as big as it looks though..
Amazing truck hope to trade in my 2020 3500 ltz for this truck
I wish gmc had the same style center console. So much room
Sierra 3500 sle
I would rather buy a Super Duty, it looks a whole lot better than the Chevy. One thing the Chevy has over the Ford is the heads up display.
Ford has heads-up display too
For me it would be GMC over both but it's all just opinions at the end of the day.
GM has the more dependable transmission, engine, less recalls, less warranty repairs, higher quality interior, lower maintenance costs, and cost to operate, resale value and cost to own. Other than all of this you're correct.
In person the build quality for the interior isn't anywhere near as good, the bed isn't a durabed, and the infotainment is tachy
The new Superduty's look rather hideous... The GMC Sierra is by far the best looking truck in its segment!
2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD Heavy-Duty High Country 6.6L Duramax Diesel Crew Cab 4X4!
How much can 3500 high country two with single wheel rear axle I have been trying to see what is up I'm getting number like 31,000 pounds and such is that true
If you had to buy a heavy duty truck from the big-3 which one would you bye
Ram 3500

Ben needs a haircut and a beard trim STAT
Seems like most HD's are coming in with the "soccer dad" short bed.
Lol yea you mean with the “doesn’t look like s***” long bed
I absolutely need an HD for towing and payload; however, to me, and most people, the extra 1’-2” isn’t worth the base model chassis cab look
A 90K truck is now a good value?
I didn’t see a 12v outlet is there one?
there's one in the center console and should be one in the bed in the back passenger corner. Source: I sell these trucks
@@Toymonkeyjr thank you
Good ❤❤
Get real -- 90K!
