Video starts out with me making my pre-workout shake. Had some fun talk in the car with Chanel on the way. Then we get to the gym where we focus on the back. I go through my workout as we start on the machine. Lat pulls. Remember Stretch and squeeze. Make sure the back is doing all the work on the rows. Behind the neck pull downs. It might be hard on the shoulders but go light and its a great exercise. Standing 90-degree rows are one of my favorites. It is easy to isolate the back with this one. Lats again - pulls between the cables. Really need to squeeze and connect your mind to the move. One arm cable row. 90 degrees. Make sure you twist and get the stretch on the lat.
