The Carrier infront of us was hit the worst and one of those Comrades walked out in the Smoke and during the Shock, missing half his left Hand and hit with Shrapnels. What did he do? Wow remember in the 2000s and 2010s when we started getting first person footage (often on grainy camera phones) of firefights in Afghanistan and Iraq? We thought they were intense but they were merely pew-pew short and sharp ambushes once in a while. No disrespect to anyone who was there but this is proper warfare on another level! This is all-out modern nightmarish war where you are up against an enemy with the same weapons... but more of them - being the underdog somewhat and constantly observed and under 360degs attack from all weapons including drones. I think we forget sometimes about what we are seeing..desensitised now. But that thought just struck me about seeing the Afghan footage back in the 2000s and 2010s (some of which is still on UA-cam) really made contrast of what these guys - on both sides - are going through. Hellish.
Sad he's got to leave his home to own an assault rifle.. I really hope the working class of Australia turns on their government like them blimy brits are doing.. F the woke idiots!
War is chaos bro, the winner will be the ones who can manage the chaos most efficiently , why try to fight your way through 10 miles of mines when you can just go to a place where the enemy is not and not prepared . . . .
I’ve followed everything about this war everyday since day one. You don’t get to hear too much about Chosen Company, but everything I do hear is nothing short of amazing! The FUNKER530 interview with one of your guys was great. The team Ryan built is a blessing for Ukraine, god bless you guys! Slava Ukraine
In a way, I'm happy my "normal" everyday trade can be useful for a wartime country without having to be on the front. I can do logistics with joy, but man, what these guys are doing is insane.
Based on first hand stories I heard from the Homeland War in Croatia, it's typically those who don't think they have it in them that turn out to be the most incredible men and true warriors.
I think we never really know what we are cut for, until we get there. Don´t want to compare my experience to the hell these boys went through but I got myself into some intense fucked up things and it´s weird, your brain just takes over a little and you go and do stuff. I can somewhat relate to the older guy who said he is anxious before and when shit hits the fan he gets calm. I am like that and when it´s over, I mentally collapse for a minute, get it out and move on. So you never know what´s actually in you sometimes.
God bless you boys, you are serving for me. At 63 I cannot go, but you are willing, and for that I am thankful. May He mind your steps, your eyes and your rounds. I pray he bring strength to you and your arms, that the enemy should stumble and fear thee.
Are you a resident Ukrainian ? If not then I don’t think they’re fighting for you. The idea that Russia is somehow going to turn into the next Germany is ridiculous. Their troops can barely get a food and ammo resupply. They don’t even have the troops or logistics to hold a small part of Ukraine let alone any other nation in Europe.

Im amazed of these soldiers who volunteer service in another country war. I think HQ's decision to make these documentary videos without bleeps or blurring is badass, too, when 9 of 10 channels are overdoing censorship, afraid of UA-cam backlash. The truth, the real truth about historical moments should never be concerned with censorship.
Because of the nature of modern warfare with drones and types of cameras used, especially thermal imaging…to be an infantryman now, or part of any ground force is an absolute death sentence.
Despite that there are still tactical maneuvering that may help them strategically, instead of blindly charging with hundreds and thousands of men to the frontline mowed down by machine guns
Unless you have exprerienced it you dont appreciate how quickly it can become very confusing what is happening as soon as things start getting heavy, physical exhaustion, incoming and out going, these guys running the teams did a great job keeping them focused and calm.

First 5 minutes talking about the great planning then the medic says “due to the success of the mission a week prior we went to the same exact spot with the same plan” ??
I got the soft indication that the resistance was not expected, intel must have led them to believe this wouldn't be an area defensively adapted to. The threat of mines in unknown paths may also have been a critical decision.
I wanted to volunteer for this and was talked out of it by my family as I am (realistically) too old, so now I raise money for drones. I've got to be honest, as a veteran of Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghan, I wouldn't have a clue how to fight this type of warfare. Drones have changed the way wars are fought forever. Kudos to these guys, top men.
@@InkenjoyahhhhhhhhhhhI would assume that is not easily summarized. It's not like some holiday trip and there are multiple phases to every deployment. YT is going to the UA side as of the moment because some white blue red flagged country is being offended by some posts of content creators in YT and is limiting access to people in its own country. That country doesn't want its own people to know what really is happening.
Love you guys. Thank you for putting yourselves out there for the betterment of other people. God Bless! I was born 30 years too early. Thankfully there are great men like yourselves who care enough about other people regardless of where they live.
So brave! Well said, ''don't panic'', panic kills. It's the same in any emergency profession. If saving a life will endager your own life, then you sometimes have to make a tough decision. As an ex-soldier, lifeguard and medic, your own life comes first. We don't leave anybody behind may be good for the movies, but in reality, you would never win a battle if you stopped for every casualty. You would get bogged down and torn to pieces by drones, arty etc... If the medics can't evac then you can go back for your mates once the battle is won (if possible). Slava Ukraine!
Good to see you all alive. Yeah.. It is counterintuitive to pick him up when everyone can get hit.. You can leave him for a moment.. But we need to pick him up again and dont leave him there. Thats what we and I, mean by that. We never leave our brothers behind.. If you can pick him up dont leave him there. We fight or die together.. Thats our motto, bro. I love you all..❤ And may god protect you all always. We will be triumphant, maybe not today, maybe tomorrow. Slava Ukraine!!!. 🤘💙

As a German Veteran of the 23rd Gebirgsjägerbrigade (231st Bataillon) with 2 Tours in Afghanistan and 1 in Kosovo via KFOR, i gotta say, i feel so silly now that when we did extensive WW1-Style "Trench Warfare" Excercises with CQC in extreme Conditions as Gebirgsjäger, all of us were annoyed and angry about it, talking about how unecessary that is, and how it's the typical German Thing of teaching both Modern (worthwhile) but also very old and outdated (not worthwhile) Combat Strategies, because German Bureaucracy is so slow, it can't bother to update anything. Now over 10 Years later: We actually now train Ukrainian (and even some Foreign Volunteer) Soldiers in Harsh Weather & Trench Warfare! Turns out learning this kind of Combat suddenly is relevant again and now the Soldiers fighting in Ukraine come to us en Masse to learn about it. I definitely feel silly now that we made fun about having to learn all about this kind of Warfare back then, thinking it will never be useful Prost & Cheers from Berchtesgaden in the Bavarian Alps

I can see how you can quickly become confused in the midst of a fight. This is a real life nightmare. Even if you survive the war you will most likely have to live with PTSD.
Its just mental that we can see war in this perspective. I played airsoft for 16 years. Not any longer out of respect to the ppl. That take these casualties. And i remember how easy i get hit multiple times a day. And any of these hits could been life ending in a real firefight situation. I have the most respect for the man that fight in Ukraine! And i wish them all the best and a long life! I was not able to send more help than the first „shippment“ at the start of the war since my income isnt that high but i hope it made a difference for the civilians and the soldiers. This'll be incredibly difficult to control with casualties, no line of sight of supporting teams, specially when one team has no comms, under mortar and drone attack. What's more difficult is the threat of mines on the approach.

The Carrier infront of us was hit the worst and one of those Comrades walked out in the Smoke and during the Shock, missing half his left Hand and hit with Shrapnels. What did he do?
He went out the Car in the Chaos and first thing he did was light up a Cigarette and yell at us "You Guys alright? Haha"

A basic rule in infantry school is: you have to win the fight before you can rescue your fallen teammates. Otherwise you'll just take more casualties in the process.
That is heavy. Damn

Truth
Hellish.
They were super uncensored back then as well, all unedited and raw. I don't know where to find them anymore as they used to be here in UA-cam.

The truth, the real truth about historical moments should never be concerned with censorship.
Because of the nature of modern warfare with drones and types of cameras used, especially thermal imaging…to be an infantryman now, or part of any ground force is an absolute death sentence.
And yet they survive
Despite that there are still tactical maneuvering that may help them strategically, instead of blindly charging with hundreds and thousands of men to the frontline mowed down by machine guns
Boys and they’re gaming toys….The nature of warfare in this conflict HAS changed, but people like yo will never get or understand that.

First 5 minutes talking about the great planning then the medic says “due to the success of the mission a week prior we went to the same exact spot with the same plan” ??
This is the comment I was looking for they basically walked into a ambush
Noticed that... Maybe not use the exact same plan....

I definitely feel silly now that we made fun about having to learn all about this kind of Warfare back then, thinking it will never be useful
