- Bought my first bow from Amazon. It is a Deerseeker 62" Takedown Recurve Bow Archery for Hunting Targeting Shooting Adults & Youth Right Handed Laminated Wooden Riser, 40LBS.
Just want to share with you what I have gotten here.
15:12 Or you can buy lower poundage limb, let say 35# or lower. Keep shooting at 35# to strengthen you arm muscle. When you feel light drawing 35#, then you switch back limb to 40#
happy shooting
Thank you for your suggestion. I just bought #25 limbs. #25 feels so light now 😁. I think my muscles already got used to the #40. No more neck cramped with #40.
Did he dry fired???
Duuuude never dry fire
I can’t believe he did that
That is awesome bro
Nice review, now I can hunt humans with my bow😃😄😁👍🏼
only those with guns because they cheat.
Oh gosh, never never dry fire a bow... you are lucky that didnt delam or break..
I got that. I had 0 experience when I made that video. Thanks for watching
@@NorCalOutdoor your welcome... how ya doin with it? Have you been shooting?
@TreasureSweeper I love it. Made a lot of good groupings with it.
@@NorCalOutdoor nice, glad to see you are enjoying it. Good to see new archers getting into the sport...😉
@@sierraridgereaper Thank you. This sport is good to meet and make new friends at the range, too.
ouch don't dry fire...stringer should be further down not all the way near the top ...looks nice for under $200
Thanks, I didn'tn know we couldn't do dry fire on recurve, I thought only couldn't do it for compound bows
@@NorCalOutdoor It's kind of crazy that and arrow can absorb that much of the energy, so it isn't all transferred into the limbs of the bow or your muscles. Agree though dry firing a compound can be a lot worse, so many more components that could fail.
