You do know you should've had the muzzle turned down to correct dimension before threading?! Just because your die fits over the end doesnt mean you should do it. Have you researched anything before doing this. NOT SAFE!!

Sorry, truly cringeworthy. Doing this by hand all but guarantees the barrel threads will not be perfectly aligned and concentric to the barrel's bore axis. Properly done on a lathe, the barrel is first adjusted in the lathe 4-jaw chuck using the inside surface of the bore as the reference to center on. The outside surface of the bore should never be used as that reference, as the bore and barrel my "look" close to the eye, while still being off event a tiny amount. Yes, that's common. Aligning things to the bore ensures the barrel device will be concentric and aligned properly with the bullet's line of travel so it will not adversely affect accuracy . . . or worse, cause a suppressor baffle strike.

Wanting to do something to save money is understandable, but safety has to come first, it MUST be done correctly. This is an excellent way of how NOT to do it. Concentricity between the OD and the bore is always off. Not taking the metal down to the proper max od before threading will never give suitable results. The stress that you are excreting on the muzzle can totally screw up the accuracy. To long of a thread and it might not seat the device properly. No relief cut for the threads?. Taking a file to the crown without dressing it correctly? People can be seriously injured by bad backyard hack jobs.
