You don't realise how important balance is. I got vertigo at the moment and it's hell! Soon as I am well again I am back on the rope and the stand on one leg trick! 👍

Good idea.i am 80 plus with thigh bone fracture and a steel rod inside. currently. having balance problems .i will try.
