My problem is when i squat to read a putt on the golf course green, my kness hurt really bad especially trying to come back up. This is also a problem while sitting on the floor then trying to come back up. Any recommendations? Thanks for sharing with all your videos!!
Huh. Been doing this automatically for years. I always make a circle or two like a dog does before going in for the sit. I'm only in my 20s but I feel 80
