Hey man, can you livestream on Fridays to build interest in the bar? I'd love to see it. I was in Chiang Mai last week and couldn't find you on Google maps.
Nice video! Great to hear about the operational challenges and costs associated with running a bar. Would love to hear about how you're getting on with the neighboring bars and how the muay thai fights bring in customers.
Can you offer any information about the revenue side of the business? I'm not thinking about opening a bar in Thailand, but I'm just curious what kind of revenues a bar can produce with the expenses you detail. Thanks!
you are not correct in what you say about lady drinks, generally in that area, a lady drink is 150 baht , lets say that drink is a small Leo beer, normal price 80 baht so there is an extra 70 baht over normal price, this 70 baht is divided between the girl and management, I know thae bars well there, lived here many years, most bars pay 50 baht to the girl, and keep 20 baht for management, why are you any different to that, unless you give the whold 70 baht to the lady, she may get 10 drinks a night that would be an extra 200 baht for here, what is your break up
my dad when he owned his powerhouse agogo bar sold in early 2000s due to health reasons otherwise he would still have it he and my stepmom got most of his girls from other bars 😆
I hope you don't play the music too loud, it makes it hard to have a conversation. I hope it goes well for you.

I like to come with you Roger, but that will be next Friday. 😅
@@jacquessverde I understand; I’ll drop off eye solutions to your wife…
what about the revenue whats the profit per month ????
So how much cost monthly? Practically?
I will make a video on this in the coming month.
What do you do when all your girls have their period at the same time😢

Investment in a Thai bar.... Hmm Genius 😂🧐😂🧐
so what, he is having a go, more power to him
One rule of thumb...Don't shit where you eat or don't mess or fuck with your lady employees. Don't get high on your own supply.
You should name your bar Fat Jax
