    Thanks for the fish eye suggestion. I didn't realize you can just touch it with your gloved finger to remove it.

    Aqua net works really well as a fixative for charcoal, graphite and pastel drawings I prefer it over the more expensive fixatives

    I do nails.. When we do gel, the first thin layer of gel is what we call a "slip layer" we use this layer so that when we add more gel to actually build the nail the gel glides over the already wet surface rather than sticking to the nail.. I think thats like what you call your carrier layer..

    Thank you for the video.. I used octopus legs on printable vinyl tho. And I didn’t have all the blues of alcohol inks you had, so I recycled some old copic pens refill inks 😬. But I like it! Mahalo for the inspiration.

    Love the video! I'll definitely have to try this one. FYI...I stopped sealing my alcohol inks and have had no issues. Give them a few minutes to dry and you're good to go.

    Could I use this method with Crystalac I can't use epoxy I know I can't use alcohol inks with Crystalac but if I use the right kind would that work?

    Do you always use a white base paint coat when preparing your tumblers? That's awesome uding hair spray. I haven’t seen that brand since the 80's.

    Hi! When I poured the resin on the spray sealed tumbler I always get fish eyes at this point I’m frustrated all the grain wood paint is messed up 😩

    My inks keep turning green when Applying the triple thick clear coat.. I even dried trying them.. Giving them 24 hrs to dry.. Using tim holtz inks

      Corri Harris They are round divets caused by epoxy coming into contact with a contaminant (such as dust). Usually cleaning your cup with alcohol helps prevent them!
