    Apakah air kedelai setelah mendidih di suhu 90 c langsung dituangkan ke dalam larutan gdl, trm ksh

      Terima kasih telah menonton! Ketika susu kedelai mencapai suhu sekitar 90°C, tuangkan susu kedelai panas secara langsung ke dalam larutan bubuk Gypsum. Juga, resep saya menggunakan bubuk Gypsum, bukan GDL.☺

      @@cooksmart4377 apakah gypsum powder sama dengan batu tahu, sioko , jd stlah 90 c lsg dcampurkan, saya slm ni mnggUnkan gdl kalau suhu kedelai dlm keadaan panas dcampur lsg sm lrutan gdl n tepung jagung pecah jadinya, itu kenapa ya, jd saya menunggu smpe trun suhu y di 70 c

      I brought the coagulant from a large Asian supermarket. I think you can also buy it online from eBay or Amazon. Search for “ Gypsum Powder (Food Grade)”.

      The weight of 1 teaspoon depends on what substance you are measuring.
      For example:
      1 teaspoon of cornstarch weighs about 2.5 grams
      1 teaspoon of gypsum powder weighs about 4 grams
      1 teaspoon of sugar or salt weighs about 4 grams
      1 teaspoon of water weighs about 5 grams

      Thanks for watching! Good question.
      If you stir the soymilk or move the pot, the tofu pudding will not coagulate well. Let the soymilk sit still; that’s the key factor to achieve a "smooth and silky texture" for tofu pudding.

      Did you use no sugar added soy milk?
      Or may be the soy milk was too diluted.

    This is Chinese doufuhua or tofu flower. It shouldn’t be called a generic pudding name. 这是中国的饮食文化发明,要对自己的文化有信心。
