Thanks for watching! Good question. If you stir the soymilk or move the pot, the tofu pudding will not coagulate well. Let the soymilk sit still; that’s the key factor to achieve a "smooth and silky texture" for tofu pudding.

I tried making this but it still very watering, only a couple of small pudding parts, what did I do wrong
Did you use no sugar added soy milk?
Or may be the soy milk was too diluted.
