    Here in the U.S. this teamaker is sold as the Breville One Touch Tea Maker. It definitely is one of the better electric kettles on the market. The only think I'd wish for is to make it lighter and make the spout a bit better for pouring into small things like gaiwans.

    Looks as though cleaning it will be an utter nightmare for us hard water south west folk - how do you keep it clean?

      Or just boiling tea directly in the kettle. Then you need to hand clean it because it doesn't look like one that is suited for dish washer.

    Tea was nice and then you drowned out the flavour with too much milk.

      sage is a company that is famous for the production of coffee machines. making the tea infuser was not a challenge for them. I would not throw coffee there much better, an ordinary v60 will be better.

    What’s the point of going to the trouble of making a plastic free glass kettle which then uses plastic in the tea infuser? 3/10 for effort.

    I bought one when it was only $149.00 and it was great till Breville got greedy and raised the price to over $200.00 so now they can shove it up their ASS. I was going to buy another but after seeing the new price changed my mind quickly.

    • @G3oRG3BaRB
      @G3oRG3BaRB 7 років тому

      You are a MORON, I bought it 4 years or so ago when it was first released dipshit and back then it only cost 149.00 at Teavana. And yes it was the Breville BTM800XL that I bought ignorant LOSER. Clown is a fitting name for you...

    • @G3oRG3BaRB
      @G3oRG3BaRB 7 років тому

      It is Not a fake but the UK version. Breville chose this name for the UK. It's a marketing thing. Same company different local and name. That's all. NOT A Fake.

    I thought the scientific proven best tea was to get someone else to make it? Round to yours for a cuppa?
    PS did you lick your lips at the start.?
