- Butter Sugar Bread｜Apron
Bread flour 300g / 2,1/8cup
Sugar 30g / 1/8cup
Salt 5g / 1tsp
Fresh milk 140ml+-
Whole egg 1(55g+- an egg)
Instant yeast 3g / 1tsp
Unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
Salted butter 30-40g / 1/8cup
Sugar as needed
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 15-17 minutes

I love baking bread too! Although I do prefer kneading with my hands - very relaxing 😌....I also like using strong bread flour for breads like this too...as it gives the bread a nicer “chewy” texture. Your recipe looks awesome & I love the knots you make to look so cute & perfect! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I don’t know how many times I made this bread. I highly recommend this recipe. It is fluffy and delicious; adding butter to the dough is what makes it so good.
can I use all purpose flour instead of bread flour?
@@krkriiz Hello! I always used all purpose flour, and the result was great. Also, one important point is that I melted the yeast in the lukewarm milk with some of the sugar used for the bread. This process is important if the yeast cannot melt in the dough easily; otherwise the dough cannot rise appropriately. By the way, this is my own experience, not the rule of thumb after all. I hope this information is helpful for you!
