I'd be blown away if this is all a single timeline!! Like Cloud existing in the same timeline as Zack? That would be crazy.
The midship store will most likely be on the Cargo ship, that you ride from Junon to Costa De Sol.
Zack is in the alternate timeline. The first trailer a few months ago shows the main party all dead or injured being loaded into helicopters

I definitely believe the forgotten capital scene is a bait and switch..
These little, tiny moments where Cloud can't function or process, and you just see this terrified, traumatized child instead of the First Class Soldier, that shit
When you see Aerith in a coma, I strongly believe its after the temple of the ancient after Cloud beat her up , and Cloud is somehow still not himself , So this could be in Gongaga and this is where Aerith decide to go alone to Forgotten City by herself. Then Cloud gets the memo shes gone and hes going after her.And well the last part with the Feathers we all know the fate that I strongly suggest they dont change, cause it wouldnt make anymore sense.
My theory is that aerith will die in the current timeline and her soul will go to the zack timeline. Then zack aerith and biggs will try to open a portal that will link the two cloud together and move to the current timeline. Everyone is happy. Zack live, aerith live, zack+aerith shipped and cloud + tifa shipped. It look almost like dyne is going to survive this one too.
