Who the fk done it then? Defense Lawyer? Coyotes? Cattle?
WITH THE FAMILY LOCATION. VIDEO OF POTTING SOIL AND CEMENT AND CELL PHONE TOWER LOCATIONS IT WAS ASHLEY AND NOT JEFF
I just can’t 😩
This defense atty absolutely knew the exact amount of the check in question that was deposited. Why would he say "in the amount of 34, 35, 36,000 dollars". Everyone in the jury will know he is trying to skew the facts somehow. Makes me doubt everything else he said after that.
That defense attorney just looks and sounds like a shady liar. I wouldn't hire him
He sounds like a 5th grader playing lawyer.
Jesus christ after 5 mins I am tuned out and have NO idea what this attorneys defense is. Seems more like hes narrating events. If I was on the jury I would vote guilty for her hiring this guy. terrible
So the defense hasn't got a defence, he has just danced around the whole murder and said no she didn't do it. Very odd indeed.
Did his best to make lemonade out of the lemons he was given. Circumstantial was overwhelming. Her immoral way of life caught up to her..as it will all of us.
And this is why I got into broadcasting instead of law.
I got a great line on BS, but I'm smart enough to pick the battles I know I can win.
Jesus.
Great opening by defense. Let's Get It On!!
Danymity I don’t know. The whole opening was about what a shitty person Taylor apparently was
@@Juniper122 means he's doing his job!
He has absoluetly nothing to say. Not convincing at all.
Horrible Defense if you ask me but it’s probably because they don’t have a leg to stand on.
Typical opening. Blame the victim and try to get in front of evidence that points to your client. Nice try, but still makes me want to vomit.
Very good defence opening . Seems very professional to me !!!!!!
Don Moore 🙄if you say so mate lol
Beyond a reasonable doubt. So, far it is all circumstantial.
"you gonna hear"
Defense is so weak. They got nothing but going in circles ..its so cringy to listen to him 😫
the defense opening sucks their defense is someone killed else killed Taylor. buried her body on Ashley family's property to frame Ashley. there's is a lot of circumstantial evidence Ashley .
