if you connect this back to kenny: "everyone has to be drunk on something to keep moving forward" and erwins dream was reaching the basement and armins was just unending curiosity about the world. Erwin even said he wont know what he will do afterwards. So erwin wouldnt be drunk on something anymore while armins curiosity never ends. Also moblit the goat never failed to protect hange.

Fun fact, the original cart titan holder in the original design was a old geezer that actually looked a lot like that Cart Titan. HOWEVER, Isayama decided changed it to an attractive female in the last minute.

Jean did not let him kill Rainer because he first of all thinks about the victory as a whole, and not just to avenge on emotion for the killed comrades. Jean didn't know that Armin was there in such a state and that Berthold was captured, so he thought that appropriating the armored titan would be a bigger step forward than just killing him

That was checking to see if there was a pupillary reaction.
When the pupil does not dilate even when exposed to light, it is determined that he is dead.
I know, but there's other ways more effective and more respectful , because there's a lot of times that the pupils can't do their job . What she did is one of the worst checking methods

Hange looked into Erwin's eyes to see if his pupils were dilated, which is the method doctors use to determine if he is dead (brain dead).
That's one of the worst methods , there's so many instances that the pupils might not work . Doctors don't use that... it's so much more effective to check for pulse , plus there is no way to check if someone is brain dead without a scanner to check brain activity , that's why in the past so many people were buried alive. Hange is not a doctor , which makes sense in what she did ..

17:08 This is a situation where there is no right or wrong choice, but you and I are in the minority that prefers saving Armin to Erwin. It's like you said, both are brilliant, but I also think that Armin is more strategic and analytical while Erwin relies more on gambles. I think that the AoT community prefers Erwin to Armin by 80-20. 😂
