This is my favorite episode of the show, even though it’s not the most shocking or with the most action. We see every character with their entrenched beliefs challenged, Gabi most of all. Also, Sasha’s dad is probably the best man in the show

My favorite episode of Season 4. Nicolo is such a well-written character and Sasha is still part of the show even if they killed her off...
3:44 The idea is that Sasha's ancestors were Eldians who had come from South of Marley. As Eren put it and as Gabi realized, "it's all the same, inside the walls and across the sea."

19:06 They meant that Zeke said that they would freeze after drinking his spinal fluid, which was a lie. As for turning into Titans, you saw in episode 1 of season 4 that they would only do that when Zeke screams. Remember the Eldians were forced to jump out of the airship and then Zeke screamed and they turned into Titans?
In the source material, when Zeke talks to Lady Kiyomi in the flashback (would have been during episode 10), he tells her that he was on the Restorationist's side the whole time, and turned his parents in to put himself in a position where he could become a warrior. The adaptation cut this; I assume to save some time and because people could probably figure it out anyway (like you do early in this episode).
Now from that épisode we know that niccolo and sasha were in love. If you rewatch episode 8 you might get another sense in Sasha's last words.
She said " are we eating soon ... " And after she said meat according to Conny. But in japanese she said "nikku" wich is a short nickname for Nicolo, so maybe when she was dizzy she was dreaming of her life at home with nicolo, as it was done with Marlo and Hitch...
But we dont know if this is an easter egg on purpose or just random cause in the anime they show a complete different scene.
